The menu was extensive, but with the assistance of the sushi chef, I was able to decide what to order. I chose the Sunset Roll, the Dynamite Roll, and salmon sushi (nigiri). All three were absolutely superb. The fish was high-quality and fresh, so there was no need for soy sauce. I prematurely poured the soy sauce, but after the first bite, I realized I shouldn't taint this delicious sushi by dunking it in sauce. read more
