The short rib parpadelle with housemade pasta and a perfectly medium-rare, well seasoned hanger steak with truffle fries completed our satisfying and belly-stuffing meal. The cocktails are serious as well - the presence of a drink with egg white is my personal litmus test for a bar that knows what it's doing, so the Thyme to Bloom special had my name on it.
