Kaspa is PHENOMENAL and made me feel so comfortable that I've come back for numerous piercings. He's gentle, kind and patient especially when I'm freaking out about getting pierced ! Made an appointment to have my ears re-pierced after over 10 years of not wearing earrings. I wanted to be able to wear my grandmothers heirloom earrings at my wedding in 1 month. Kaspa was awesome and after assessing my old piercings he was able to reopen the original holes instead of having to re-pierce them which would have had a much longer healing time. I'm so thankful he was able to work with what I had, he was very informative about the healing process and the type of jewelry I picked out. My daughter insisted on coming to a "professional piercing" place. If you're looking for a painless piercing, this is not it. He uses no ice or numbing spray. I got my conch here, No issues, very clean, piercer was okay. I came back to do my tragus and wanted to see what size jewelry would be appropriate. I had picked out this blue oval stone but I was unsure if it would be too large for that area. I asked him "Hey, would this piece fit for the tragus, no big deal if it won't.". He assured me that it would work fine. After the recommended healing period (1 year) before using earbuds, I still was not able to wear earbuds. (Still can't) I'm caused serious pain by this piercing, so I went to get it removed at a different piercer and they could not remove it, it is now stuck inside my ear and must go to urgent care. please mind this piece of jewelry was over 350$ and I believe the goal was to make the sale. that's all. disappointed read more

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. My friend and I went in curious about 3rd hole piercing and the owner kasper was super aggressive and not at all friendly to talk to. He told us to make an appointment before he couldn't answer anything. My friend further went to make an appointment at 2:00pm. We showed up at 1:50pm and he was annoyed we were 10 minutes early and said that's not normal. He then proceeded to take other "walk in" clients and answer questions that he would not do with us. At 2:20pm my friend was finally seen for a consultation where he was not upfront about pricing or the process. For the smallest earring he had for a 3rd hole piercing he wanted to charge her $486 !!!!! When we looked at him with a surprised look he got defensive and asked what we expected to pay. My friend decided that she no longer wanted to proceed with the piercing at this establishment due to the pricing and kasper yelled at her and said well I'm not giving you your deposit back then. Once I told her to just call the bank and dispute the charge he threatened to send pictures to the police that we were in there and he does deserve her deposit. We left the establishment and took a picture of the name of the business once he saw that he came chasing us down main street yelling at us that it was a private business and we can not take pictures of the front door. My first experience (getting the actual piercing) was nice. The shop was clean and decorated nicely. The jewelry selection is great, and it's all high quality titanium. The piercer was nice and quick when doing my nose. Looking back now, the aftercare was very vague. He only told me to clean with saline twice a day. Also gave me a pamphlet that was just as vague (despite him saying it's step by step...). 3 weeks into having my piercing, a bump starts forming. A week later, I went in for a downsize (he told me four weeks) just for him to be late and then blame it on me. Then he proceeded to get up in my face and try to blame it on me that I had "scarring". His attitude was very dismissive as he wouldn't even let me explain myself and just downright rude. He pierced me with a prong-set stud and left out the fact that prongs often cause severe irritation with fresh piercings and generally shouldn't be used. But I guess he didn't care as long as he got his money. Don't bother coming here. The experience was overall okay, but the attitude by the piercer was horrible. I would rather deal with my piercings at home than come back here. The passive aggressive attitude was absolutely not necessary. read more

I wanted to like this place. I really tried, I went there for a piercing. It was fine, a great selection of high quality jewelry But overall the customer service is trash. I left my number to get a quote on a piece of jewelry and Kaspa argued with me about the fact I "never left it." Then my husband came in for jewelry for my birthday for a few piercings and after spending a few hundred dollars on jewelry my husband told me they were rude and you couldn't pay him to go back. Then the last straw i went in for something for myself and I basically watched them make a mom and her child extremely upset. The jewelry is good the rest can kick rocks. I brought my 15 year old in to get their nose pierced and the place was pretty busy so I figured that was the reason the employee that spoke to us was maybe not so nice. I got info and paperwork to allow my child to be pierced and made an appointment online. Paid a $40 non refundable fee which was fine and came back for our appointment. Apparently I misunderstood the instructions on getting a covid test for my child and was unable to keep the appointment. The guy that works there was not nice at all and did not seem remotely interested in having our business so i took the completed paperwork to Cliffs Tattoos and got my child their nose piercing there with zero issue. i do not recommend this place AT ALL. This place is an absolute nightmare. Very clean and follow covid restrictions but the customer service is poor and the guy who works at the front desk is extremely unprofessional. I went in to change my jewelry. He refused to let me sit up for my piercing which i was most comfortable doing which is whatever. But he was then tugging my piercing with the tool hurting it every time he turned around. He tried 3 different posts in my nose and ended up not even putting in the new jewelry because he didn't have a post long enough. He was extremely rude and arrogant about it and he traumatized my piercing. He didn't even put it back on right so it ended up falling out a couple days later and now i have to go get it re-pierced. i wouldn't go back to this horrid place if someone payed me. STAY AWAY! I guess Caspa forgot that when he was putting in my earrings and once I was finished he was telling me what pieces would look better, in which I asked if we could switch and he said, verbatim, "they're in, they're yours". You were too busy blaming my reputable piercer from Liberty Tattoo about my uneven piercings when the piece of jewelry you put in my ear was bigger than the one I had in my second hole. I even then wanted to order more jewelry and never got a call back about that. When I called I never asked for anything free, as this isn't my first piercing and I too know how most jewelry is final sale. Me not showing up for my appointment gives you the same feeling that I felt when I DM you on Instagram 3x and got ignored every single time. Your response to me was that "you don't reply on off hours" is a poor excuse. Don't read messages on off hours then. The point of this review is to explain my experience as a returning customer. I made an appointment to purchase some facial jewelry for my philtrum. Immediately, you can tell the place is totally spotless, everything is neatly laid out. The selection of jewelry was pretty awesome. My reason for giving it one star was because of how I was treated. While I was asking the man who was working, my mask would slip a little bit but it was still covering my mouth and nose. He would stop me every time and say, "You have to cover your nose." I wasn't doing it on purpose, it just moves when I talk... and it was still covering my nose? After that he seemed annoyed. I get it. I still wanted to purchase something since I had made the appointment and because their selection is awesome. I was explaining to him what kind of jewelry was in there now and reached into my pocket to grab my phone to show him a picture. He immediately gets snippy and goes, "Absolutely no phones..." All I was trying to do was show him a picture of what was in there now. He said he didn't care and couldn't help me. Maybe he thought I was going to take a picture of the jewelry, I honestly don't know. After that, I decided to just head out. Maybe I had too many questions or took up too much of his time. I understand that working with the general public sucks but this guy seriously needs to lighten up. Terrible customer service! Called ahead for a jewelry change and the guy working said I needed to make an appointment (which includes a $15 appointment fee) I decided to walk in (around 2:30) so I could check out the jewelry before paying an appointment fee. I liked what I saw so I went on my phone and made an app for 2:45 and sat down. Got a notification my appointment was accepted. Proceed to wait almost an hour without being acknowledged once. A mother and daughter walk in for an appointment clearly set for a time after mine since it was 3:30 at this point, and the guy working immediately assists them. He's about to take her in the back to do her piercing when my bf interjects and reminds him we've been waiting for a long time. He claims he never saw the appointment - even though I've been sitting in front of him for an hour AND he accepted the appointment? Anyway, I tell him what I like and ask about pricing. He ignores my question about pricing and pulls the earrings I like out. He rings me up and the total is $700 something. Not in my price range lol. He says he has nothing else for me even though he probably doesn't pierce people with 14k jewelry (he must have something cheaper) so I leave. The word phenomenal cannot describe the experience that my friend and I had with Caspa. The experience was nothing but professional from beginning to end. It is baffling to see any negative reviews about this shop because of the level of professionalism we experienced. The shop is immaculate and makes sure that clients are aware of their rules and safety measures. The piercer provides a detailed walkthrough of the sanitation process as well as the piercing process. I have never written a review before but felt strongly about this business. My daughter had her 3rd hole in her ear pierced here based on recommendations from Facebook. You have to pay in advance when making the appointment which made me uncomfortable immediately but I did it. The day of the appointment we were on time but the owner, Michael Kaspa, showed up about 15 minutes late so the store was closed until he got there. He was very loud and aggressive and didn't like any questions asked but when I did ask he would answer but was clearly annoyed and talked to me like I was stupid. He enjoys talking about how perfect he is and how bad every other piercer is. He made us uncomfortable from the beginning and I wish I followed my gut and left before the piercing. After the piercing he reviewed the after care and stressed how important it was to follow exactly or she would get infected. He also encouraged us to book her follow up appointment right away which I did and also had to pay at the time of booking. We followed his after care instructions exactly how he had it written in the pamphlet and her ears were infected within a week. The doctor said his instructions were terrible and we proceeded to follow the doctors instructions with no future issues or infections. As the follow up appointment approached I decided not to follow up with him since we had problems with his aftercare and he made us so uncomfortable. When I received the email reminder for the appointment there was an option to cancel but when you click it you're not able to cancel. I tried to figure it out but couldn't. The next day I received another email so I called to cancel & left a message. He called me back to tell me I won't get my money back because I called him 26 minutes after the 24 hour window of the appointment. It wasn't much money but it was the point that he wouldn't give it back to me over 26 minutes. He was very rude on the phone and I decided I had to leave a review so others won't make the same mistake I did. My daughters have had piercings at jewelers, doctors offices & Claires and never had a problem. The only time there was an infection was after being pierced here and we had to deal with the very aggressive & rude, know-it-all personality of the owner.
