The decor is horror themed, which fits the name. The people working there are so damn chill that even if you're a tattoo virgin like I was, they're super accommodating. Me and a friend went in to get our septum's pierced, Tiffany was our piercer, she was so informative and helpful with a killer sense of humor. This was my second nose piercing and it went even better than my first, the pain was probably a 2/10 (the clamp hurt more than the needle). About 3 weeks ago I had my nips done at cliffs, didn't seem like a bad experience. I was not ok but had no idea. It it my first but major piercing I didn't really know what to expect. My friend and I went here and got piercings. They used fake jewelry on both of us, and theirs was pierced entirely wrong. The other place I went to to get it fixed could not believe how bad it was. At the same time, my other friend was getting tattooed by somebody incredibly rude who was also using slurs casually in conversation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Today was my first time here, I spoke with Bella a few days earlier to have something drawn up, together we came up with one of the nicest tattoos I have! I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled piercer . I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I went in for a septum piercing a couple of months ago, and it was done incorrectly by the piercer, Tiffany. On top of that , she had to pierce me twice since she put in a jewelry that was way too big and she had to switch it out which was definitely painful. Shortly after, I went to two different piercers to take a look at the piercing, and both said it was done way too low and that's why it was never healing. When I returned to address the issue today, Tiffany refused to admit that she had made a mistake. I asked her to remove it, which she did nicely, but she was very quick to remove it without looking at how it was in the wrong area. If she had, she would have realized I had two huge, painful irritation bumps on both sides that developed within a week of getting pierced by her. I had to tell her that they were there and I had to stop her and ask her to look at how anatomically wrong she had placed it before removing it. She even threw out the jewelry that I paid for, whereas every other piercer hands it back to you. To make matters worse, they only offered to refund me half of what I paid. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. All she could say to me was, "Sorry that you had a bad experience, you should've came in sooner." What I actually should have done was never trust her to pierce my face in all honesty . I'm not writing this to be a rude karen nor bash this place. Mistakes happens and I completely get that but as a business you have to know how to make it right . I was wrongfully pierced which is very unfair to me and due to her not doing her job correctly, I have to deal with this and I still couldn't get a full refund. A $40 refund is simply not going to fix the pain that went on for months and the money and time I'm wasting on going to the dermatologist to get rid of these bumps. Any great piercer would own up to what they did and advocate for me getting a full refund. Definitely not telling me what I should've done. Places that I strongly recommend are Selden Ink, Cliff's and Royalty Ink. I've had no problems at all, and they actually take their time with you instead of trying to get you in and out very quickly! read more

I went into the shop with my three friends (we are all young women) to get a septum piercing 4 days ago. The experience was upsetting to say the least, one of my friends decided to get a tattoo and when asked the person tattooing her if he could center the stencil, he basically yelled at her, claiming he knew better than her and refused to change it. He was also using racial slurs freely as a white man, and even expressed disappointment that my friends and I were not amused by his vulgarity. Cut to yesterday, I am in excruciating pain and my nose is swollen. One of my friends with me got her nose pierced, and decided to go to her trusted tattoo shop to check it out as her piercing was also irritated. Her regular piercer told her that the jewelry was very suspicious, and my friend advised me to get my septum checked out too. My piercer told me the same thing, and also told me that the placement was completely off, showing me where my actual septum was vs where I was pierced. She removed the piercing, and afterwards I went to the doctors where I was prescribed antibiotics as my nose was now infected. I spent 80$ on the piercing, tipped 20$, and just paid more money at the doctors. I called the owner hoping to work something out and we talked for 30 seconds before I was told to "have a nice life" and was hung up on. I wanted to get a fun piercing to celebrate a special occasion and decided to go to this shop because it was the closest one to me with seemingly the best reviews. I wish I had looked a little deeper and saw the handful of google reviews complaining about uncleanliness and how unprofessional the owner responds to these reviews. If you are reading this, I am begging you please do not go to this shop. I spent 100$ to get an infection and a hole in my nose. This place has caused me so much unnecessary emotional, physical, and financial turmoil in less than a week. Play it safe, don't do what I did, and go somewhere else. read more

Tommy did my tattoo and it turned out really great. I absolutely love it. An I got two doves on my chest facing each other. just an outline of the doves and the reason I got this is because my Dad passed away years years ago and since then I always wanted the same dove tattoos he got on his chest. It is not the exact same dove (because I can't find a picture of him with it) but the meaning is the same. I recently visited this shop through the owner's referral to one of her artists to do a very simple tattoo the night after my grandfathers passing. It was a two line armbar that wrapped around my left fore arm which Will be uploaded with this pic. The artist names was Kerwyn, he took longer to line up the the outline that the tattoo took. I told him i never really do this but it was a spur of the moment tattoo, and my brother was suppose to go next to get my grand fathers signature tattooed as well. After seeing how mine came out he quickly made an excuse and said I'll be back another time. This guy assured me he was a perfectionist and blah blah blah. The tattoo is not even close to even and he completely colored out of the line (that we learned in 1st grade) and told me that it was the marker not him. Its a week later and I am still waiting for this so call "marker line "to go away. Obviously it's not. Then decided to be completely unprofessional through text which quickly changed after, I'm guessing the owner told him to watch his mouth then became sorry. Put a deposit down on a tattoo a few years ago at the tattoo convention at the aviation museum . The artist was supposed to draw something up for me to add to an existing tattoo. Took a few weeks for them to draw something up, the so called artist drew something up that my 2 year old nephew could do a better job drawing.. sent him some stuff I wanted , never got a response, sent a few messages about getting my money back and nothing. My girlfriends and I went here a couple of weeks ago to get our nipples pierced. The man doing the piercings said he'd done hundreds before. He pierced us with a 16 gauge banana bar for $80. My friends started experiencing problems like their nipples were overtaking the bar, which apparently happens with 16 gauge bars and all over on the internet it says you should NEVER be pierced with a 16 gauge for a nipple piercing. We then went to Irish Jays and had them fix our piercings for $50!! More than half the price we paid for the piercings themselves! The guy pierced my friend's nipples way too far back! The internet also says that a banana bar should not be used for a starting nipple piercing because the body won't heal correctly around it. My bar wasn't even screwed on tightly, and I discovered the ball on the end had fallen off. I found the ball and had to attempt to screw it back on myself. We are very upset. If we had known we would have just gone to Irish Jays from the beginning. DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE unless you wanna pay more money to have it fixed! They WONT GIVE us a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend a friend or anyone who cares about their body to go here. read more

Went here for my 6th tattoo, wanted something VERY simple and what I now have tattooed on my body looks like a 5 year old drew it. Very unproffessional, sloppy, didn't seem to know what he was doing. When he 'forgot' one of the lines during shading, he tried to make a straight line with the shading needle so he he didn't have to switch needles, what a mess. He also pressed so hard during shading that about 70% of my tattoo is oozing and has deep wounds. The "artist's" name was Christopher, don't go to him. I can't give my opinion on anyone else, the shop was clean and nice, but he was a crappy tattoo'er. read more
