The guy comes back and says that I needed certain information to complete this process. I changed my mind on the piece of jewelry and the card, but the salesman insisted that I still take the card and use it later. I said no thanks and left. Weeks later a card shows up in the mail from Zales?!?! I immediately call the 800 number and ask why did I get this card. The woman said that the Zales Outlet had signed off on it. So I canceled the card with the woman on the phone and called this Zales to ask why I got a card, even though I said I was not interested. The manager said that the guy had since been let go, because he was only on for seasonal work, and apologized. Such a stupid experience from an overpriced outlet with not much to offer customers.
