Well... I like to start off Mike Raze .He gives you the run around with appointments never keeps them changes it every time.. 2pm then 8pm. I don't recommend this gu They are rude... They didn't want to give me my 80 bucks despite back. Mike got tough with me as a customer.. very very horrible terrible tattoo artist and place. I had a very bad experience with Infinity Tattoo, I was referred to a Tattoo Artist named Little Dan which is a very nice person but that's it! We went over what I wanted, so he had no problem with what I wanted done, he took a deposit and we set the appointment for 2 weeks from the day I was there. That's when the problem's began, the day came when I was scheduled to have the work done n 15 minutes before the scheduled Time he texted me to cancel he said his niece was sick n he was watching her, no problem I said ( shit happens ) for the next 2 weeks the the scheduled time n day would come n go! He canceled 4 times in all. Coming up with lame excuses ! I lost all faith in this man. I couldn't deal with a grown man lying! If a man doesn't have his word what does he got? The reason I am giving this shop five stars is because if the professionalism of the owner, Lou and the dedication of a tattoo artist/body piercer named Arlen. Together, they fixed TWO horrible situations created by none other than Mike Raze; one major piercing screw up and one tattoo nightmare. The owner, Lou, understands how to run a business and did whatever he needed to do to rectify both situations. Anyone considering going here, ask for Arlen and Arlen only. Do not accept second best. I recently went to get a tattoo done for my birthday , and what a gift i got ¡LET ME TELL YOU! He messed up not only in everything but the most important part is the h F*cked up the square it looks crooked and my "bubbles from the power puff girls" looks like she's high on crack , and he not only messed up in one tattoo, he messed up on THREE TATTOOS . I would show you my friends tattoos but they suffering from PTSD since then, im embarrassed to show you the end result,but im gonna take one for the team. Dont get me wrong he was such a nice guy , but i payed for this, but thats not gonna pay for the cover up of this crap. read more

I had been toying with getting my septum pierced and after wearing a fake one for a week I finally decided to get one while on LI with my girlfriend. When we walked in neither of the two of the people working were wearing mask, and ones response was "well no ones in here" although we had entered and were talking with them. The piercer who brought me in did put his mask on after i asked since i wouldn't be wearing mine while getting pierced. I showed him where i wanted the piercing so it didn't hang down too low. and he said great. I got it done and it wasn't until it was healing and i went to change the jewelry that i noticed it was too low for ANY jewelry i wanted. it hung down so low that it hit my lip when i ate. and.. it was crooked. The left side of the hole was so low that it had started to push out of the nose. I talked to a couple friends who had theirs done and they all said I should take it out because it needed to be in the cartilage and it wasn't. Now i am pissed that i finally took the plunge and wasted my money read more

The guy literally took 3 hours to do two tiny outlines with NO color. Anywhere else would have taken 20-30 min. tops. Completely unprofessional. Stopped tattooing me more times than I could count to stop and watch the television....not even kidding . Never seen anyone so unprofessional in my life and I've been to A LOT of tattoo parlors. Great experience here.. I didn't get that tattoo but I went with my cousin. Everyone was so friendly here which eased my cousins nerves for the tattoo she was getting. Will was very accommodating! I had what I assumed was a very simple tattoo done (a small sun) and "Little Dan" managed to absolutely mess up this small request. When people asked to see my tattoo I was embarrassed and at one point even told that it "looked like a child drew it on with a pen". I am more than disappointed with Infinity Tattoo and the work. I actually had to go to another place to get it fixed because it was so unacceptable. read more
