The lady at the counter did not know how she could help me, so she asked someone else. This person was very unkind towards me when I showed her how that it was printed wrong. I told her that this was not 8' long. She argued that it was and was very rude and condescending towards me. She did not appear happy with her job, never smiled and did not really want to help me. Very dismissive and basically said it was my fault. She finally said that we would have to resubmit online again and will not charge me, but when I come back to pick, she wanted me to bring the first back because " you can't have both for free"?!? Her name is Jayden. I wend back today to pick up the new online order and met with Staci, who was very kind and smiled the whole time. She also said she had a wonderful time printing my banner and said it looked beautiful! As my husband and I walked out of the store, Jayden was at the register, not a smile on her face, and watched us as we walked out the door with both banners. Staci said that they have no used for the incorrect banner. Because of this experience, I will never go back to this store again.

They have a lot of the same brands as most stores do and some that I don't know.. I did have more than 15 items so I had to check out through a checkstand, but I could see if I needed to come and get something quick, It would be much faster to use the self checkout.
