    Open 24 hours

I really enjoy this place, it's open 24 hours which is super convenient for me because of a busy schedule. When you shop late night the staff is pretty funny, they're mostly stocking shelves, and only one cashier will be open. They close off important aisles to fight theft and their fresh market section is also closed. The only thing I'd say about WinCo is they don't have EVERYTHING aka a Spanish section that isn't just Mexican stuff. Hop over to primo foods to finish up your shopping needs if you're still needing stuff Best prices in socal in my opinion

Bakery yesterday, cheaper than Walmart for Donuts.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Oceanside store. Like most out there we're all trying to find the best deal possible. Sometimes it's WinCo, sometimes it's not. The Deli& Bakery has some deals that beat out Walmart& all our local grocers. Some of the low margin items can be cheaper at Walmart or other places but the sale stuff at WinCo is pretty good. Just make sure you check the expiration& use it right away. It's such a big store, well maintained& clean. The staff is usually doing things& not standing around. sometimes there's lines at the checkout but in SoCal where aren't there lines? If you live near one& you haven't checked this place out, you should.

$0.35/gallon... WAY cheaper than Carlsbad Alkaline Water

TRUST THOSE WHO YELP REGULARLY... Aside from being CASH ONLY, the store is well-kept, restrooms are occasionally in disrepair, staff is nice & helpful, and prices are very good. They do NOT price-match. RECOMMENDED

This place is HUGE. It's basically a Costco but without the membership requirement. Most everything is cheaper than a regular grocery store and sometimes by a lot. The bulk food section is a sight to be seen. Wow. Key thing most people should know: they only accept cash, debit or check. No credit cards. Not a deal breaker for me but know before you go! They also didn't have baskets that you carry. Only carts. But the aisles are so large everyone can use a cart and it makes no difference.

If you're in Oceanside, Ca and want to save money on groceries, stop by WinCo Foods to take advantage of great prices and a wide selection of bulk items such as coffee, candy, snacks and more. Fruits and vegetables always look fresh and colorful and the selection is great. I usually come here to browse their huge coffee bean selection. The aroma is amazing and you'll be sure to find some coffee to take home with you. The store accepts cash, check, EBT or debit cards for payment. Credit cards are not accepted.

Foster Farm Corn Dogs. Price $2.98.

The cashier is just standing there... finally he gave up when he saw that I wasn't just gonna give up and pay full price and just scanned the barcode for me and I just looked at him like sir, You had the barcode this whole time and you had me here fighting with an app holding up the line pissing everyone off like, are you for real? I've been saying I'm going to do this for a long time but tonight I finally had enough. I like their deli selection as it's a higher quality than Albertsons, but I like Albertsons deli items (hot and cold) more. Ralphs has better cheeses. Seafood is standard quality, though more limited. Same with their butcher offerings. I often have to custom order oxtails, picana cuts as they don't stock as much as you'd expect. Large ice cream and chips selection, small pickle selection. Some items are sort of illogically placed. During busy times they tend to run out of key ingredients (thyme and rosemary for thanksgiving). They tend to pull things at night on the early side. Idk who at Kroger does their buying, but they could certainly use a push more towards Pavillions than the standard run of the mill Ralphs.

We sat outside, soaking up the sunshine with boats cruising by -- hard to beat that Oceanside vibe. Food I ordered the coconut shrimp, which were crispy, golden, and lightly sweet, paired with a tangy dipping sauce that balanced everything nicely. The plate came with French fries, coleslaw, and hush puppies, and honestly, the sides were a pleasant surprise. The fries were hot and crunchy -- classic and satisfying. The coleslaw was fresh and creamy, not overly sweet, and worked well as a contrast to the fried seafood. The hush puppies were warm, slightly crisp on the outside, and soft inside -- easy to snack on while enjoying the view. Portions were generous and perfect for a relaxed midday meal. Service & Atmosphere Service was friendly and laid-back, matching the beachy atmosphere. Joe's is clearly about casual fun rather than fine dining, and it delivers on that front with a lively, family-friendly feel. Would definitely come back for another casual waterfront meal.

Additionally, their sushi, smoothie bar and pre-made foods are top notch - they are MILES ahead of any of the "big" grocery stores. So the question is - if they are so great, why do they only have 4 stars on Yelp? One major reason is that they stretch their products. If you don't check the expiration date on every product you purchase, you will end up buying something months after it expired. I purchased a Brie-en-croute on sale for Super Bowl. I was so excited to try it. When I opened the box, the product had mold all over it. I looked at the expiration date and it was not supposed to expire for another week. Then I looked more closely. They had an expiration sticker that was on the box that had already passed, and then they put another sticker on top of that one with a different expiration date. That's not accidental - that's intentional. I definitely felt taken advantage of. Is it enough to make me stop shopping at Frazier Farms? Absolutely not. But, if this grocery outlet wants to improve, they need to look into why so many products on the shelves are expired. I understand not wanting to waste things. But you can't put new stickers on top of old stickers while selling a moldy product. I hope someone in management reads this review, and takes it seriously. I don't have time to go back to Fraziers every time I have to return an expired product. If that changes, I will change this review to 5 stars.
