I have never written a Yelp or google review but I had such an awful experience here that I felt like I needed to warn everyone else the management working here. Anyways- I bought he juul at this gas station and have been coming here to fill up on the juice sporadically. Today walked into this gas station and bought the creme brûlée juice and left. When I got back home and opened the pack I noticed that the pack was defected. It was fully sealed and inside there was juice leaking. As soon as I noticed I drove back to the ampm to exchange it for a new one. I wasn't upset that it was defected I know things happen, but this is where it al went downhill I walked inside and explained to the cashier and showed him what had happened and he then went on to tell me that he can't give me a new one because then he will be out 20$ I was shocked. We argued for a bit and he refused to do anything about it. He continued to tell me it's my fault and "this is just business". I even asked for at least kindness or compassion and he laughed at me. Not even an apology. NOTHING I got screwed out of money, publically embarrassed, and now I am never returning to this ampm ever again. DO NOT COME HERE.

This is my go-to spot to pump gas for various reasons. The gas is affordable and lower than any gas stations around, the staff is EXTREMELY KIND, and it's located in a convenient spot! I've met several of their employees and they always greet me with warm smiles! The gas prices are always also low and it lasts up about a week, which is good for a person who drives up to Torrance everyday for work.

It's unexpectedly large for a place by the shore, and I was thrilled because even though I checked Yelp and Google, I couldn't find much info. They're open super early and stay open late, and it's just such a gem especially since that area tends to shift toward restaurants or other businesses. This neighborhood really needed a good grocery store, and they have everything: fresh meat, drinks, snacks, fruits just like a full local grocery. The staff was really nice and laid-back, though the only downside is that parking is super limited and intersection it's tough to get in and out since it's near a small with a red light. Still, I'm really glad it's there, and I want to give a big shout-out to the local folks to support this place. The prices are really reasonable, and we need to keep these local businesses thriving. they're the heart of the community. I gave them five stars. I just hope they can clean it up a bit inside, maybe freshen up the shelves or ceiling. But overall, I'm so happy it's here, and we need more of these places in our city.

They consistently forget major components like condiments or vegetables that are clearly listed in the sandwich description. Lately I've had to remind them or ask for extras just to get what is supposed to come standard. Today it happened again. I asked for oil and vinegar and received a dry, inedible sandwich. When I called to explain that this has happened multiple times, the person I spoke with essentially called me a liar, insisting it had been added, despite the fact that there was no oil on any of the wrappers. When I asked how they planned to make it right, especially given the astronomical prices they charge for sandwiches, I was told they might give me extra oil and vinegar next time and possibly a bag of chips. Nice customer service. Great idea to throw digs at loyal customers. Super smart. The new ownership the past few years is disappointing. It's unfortunate because we live just a few blocks away and come here often. When I order something, I expect to receive what I ordered and I certainly do not expect to be talked down to when there is a mistake on the deli's part. We have spent so much money there over the years but no more. PS they are always super pushy with asking for a tip when you pick up your sandwich too and most of the staff become irritated when you press the "no button" and give you a weird attitude....talk about an environment that's the opposite of your friendly neighborhood grocery store. They should be called greedy's not granny's!
