I had accidentally written a bad review on this store and I deleted it. I thought it was for a 711 on Ball Rd (Ball and Bloomfield). This site is confusing: I searched for the 711 and they misled me here... On the contrary, THIS IS A GREAT PLACE. I used to live on Marion St, about 1 minute drive, and the workers are always really nice. There's never a long line and it's a great, well-run location. I get most of my gas here. It's my local AM/PM! I don't as much anymore, but I used to stop in often in the AM for the days provisions. They keep plenty of your mainstay snacks and drinks stocked, and their service has always been efficient and friendly. The atmosphere is that of a busy convenience mart, the morning hub of the middle class commuter. One of my favorite AmPms I used to go to a lot when I lived in Cypress. I stopped here to fill up my tank and get some snacks while I was in the area. Convient spot on Ball Rd. Good customer service from some new faces I see. Not much to say, but nice to visit again. read more

alright i like spending money in cypress because i'm from here but this ampm has false advertisement they posted a deal for tall cans, 2 for $6.79 with the ampm club scan when it rang up, it kept saying $8.48 she then made my boyfriend prove to her that the sign existed. like don't you work here? shouldn't you know? so then we show her the sign. then she says it's the only the exact cans that are on the sign. i then showed her the sign which said or family of cans. then she finally said the promo doesn't work. yes it was only $2.. but it's the principle rue!!!! why are you advertising something that you're not honoring? 7/11 is papa john's and this ampm is dominos if you get what i'm saying read more

Generally a clean Arco station conveniently located, that has fair prices and a generally pleasant staff. My only complaint relates to the squeegees and the water. Wiping down my windows is something I do oftentimes when gassing up, as I work near an area under construction and they get dusty after a day in a nearby parking lot. Their squeegees have very short handles, so its hard to get a full wipe without leaning against and over your car - not cool in work clothes. And a few of the squeegees are on their last leg, one of which has the sponge hanging half way off. The squeegee situation is made worse by the fact that they obviously don't clean out the water receptacles frequently enough. The water smells mildly like a sewer on occasion. Besides the squeegee disgustingness, it's a good overall station. read more

I really should have reviewed this Arco long before now. The good- Customer service 4/5, I've always received a greeting with a smile. Location/convenience- 4/5 The location could be a bit better, but this location has easy access from the North (you can turn directly into the station), from the East (you can make a left with an arrow, then turn right, directly in, and from the West, turn directly in. Coming up from the South, you have to make a left before the light, but it's almost never busy at this intersection. The price is just a cent or few more than others. This place is not kept very clean. Their air station is in need of repair. read more

Nadia is awesome! I went around to multiple am pm locations looking for jalapeno corndogs for my niece. Whether or not I found them is one thing but the customer service at each location was so cold, rude, or unhelpful. I get to this location and happen to find it which is great, but what I really appreciated is that Nadia was so kind, friendly, and welcoming ! I love this place! It's clean and has all the candy you want at midnight. The people working there always have a smile on their face regardless of the hour you walk in. The gas is also priced well which adds a bonus to my midnight snack trips. read more

Only come here to get my cars smog checked. Never had a problem with the service here at all! Alex is a great guy and is a honest man. Never been cheated here! I am mainly reviewing the Smog Pro attached to the AM/PM gas station...Alex is the owner, I think, and he is just the best! We have been taking our cars to him for a few years now, and have NEVER had any kind of issue. Alex is so nice, explains what needs to be done, gives an estimate of costs (very fair), and sticks to what he quotes. You can't beat that! He has never tried to talk us into doing something that really didn't need to be done, and all the repairs have been A+! Love this place! read more

I have been visiting this Am/Pm location for some time, it recently changed ownership. My opinion it is poorly managed, first the manager and employees park their vehicles in slots that should be reserved for customers, it is not kept as tidy as the previous owner. The employees can't seemed to figure out how to get the napkins in the dispensers correctly. The coffee dispensers are sometimes empty and coffee is not always hot. I have visited other Stores Am/Pm stores in the area and they are much better managed and clean and Neat. Hope they take this review as a helpful suggestion, I know they can do better! read more

I am a regular customer here (early morning fill up at #1 pump:) but today I had rather unpleasant experience because the clerk incorrectly counted my money (I handed him $15 as two $5 bills two $1 bills and 12 quarter dollars). When the poorly lit pump stopped at $14, I went inside trying to figure out what happened. After some weak denial in front of the customers (I named all money I paid, because I always counting them), the clerk resumed the pump and I finally got filled up. I sincerely hope the clerk made this error because he was busy thinking about global problems or new cosmogenic theory or perhaps discovering a new cancer treatment medicine. On the other hand, what will happen to me if I would pick $1 worth of merchandise from the store shelf and leave without paying?? All Cypress PD with NBC4 news reporter would be there:) read more

I have frequented this Arco many times and today I had my ten-year-old daughter pay for our gas with cash in the store. I handed her the money and told her to say, "19 on 4, please." She came back with a receipt that said $18. I want her to learn responsibility so I had her go in and inform the cashier, who has helped us plenty of times with no problem, of the mistake. The cashier told my daughter she was wrong. But we weren't. I went in the gas station and explained to the cashier that I understand she thinks my daughter was wrong; however, I wanted to leave my phone number so when her drawer comes out a dollar up she could call and apologize. She mocked me for making a deal out of a dollar. This all occurred while her manager watched. Besides the fact that Arco charges 45 cents to use a debit card which adds 4 cents a gallon on a 10 gallon purchase, now they are ripping off my daughter and I for a DOLLAR over a silly miscalculation on the cashier's part! It's a shame. I am waiting tonight for her to call and apologize. I caution all to be weary at this ARCO! read more

This station is a perfect example of the most horrifying customer service ever!! I have lived in this area my entire life and and have spent, undoubtedly, thousands upon thousands of dollars at this station. I have had many interactions with personnel there (later to learn it was the owner!!) That were unprofessional, unpleasant and downright RUDE!! As of late, they have risen to new heights by hiring a young man with a smug look on his face and a smug attitude to match. I have visited there twice in the last month while purchasing gas asking to use the restroom and was told I could not because it was being remodeled. This bathroom was remodeled last year and is in current use. When I tell him that he tells me he doesn't have the key? I will drive around and out of my way to ANY other gas station from now on. Arco..if this is the kind of Franchisee you endorse..you just lost a 35 year customer! Good job! read more
