Got exactly what I needed with no problem. Caught the BOGO Deal. Buy one get one for 5c. The service was great. Was able to get in and out. Wasn't busy which made it easier to be quickly assisted at the tequila section. It was quiet and chill. The associate working the floor and the cashier both were cool and had good vibes about them.

In purchasing alcohol for my son's wedding, the store Manager Samuel could not have been more helpful. He know quantities versus head count and provided us with details we hadn't realized. Also buying cases of wine on the .05 cent sale is a great way to save $$ Great overall experience!! Thanks Samuel! read more

Tyler is the kind of employee who truly makes a difference. He is always friendly, welcoming, patient, attentive, and goes beyond simply ringing up groceries. His attention to customers and willingness to help make it clear that he genuinely cares about the experience he provides. What impresses me most is that Tyler's kindness feels sincere. He treats customers with respect and makes people feel seen and valued. Even when the store is busy, he maintains a positive attitude and never makes you feel rushed or like an inconvenience. His professionalism, patience, and consistently pleasant demeanor are qualities that are becoming increasingly rare and deserve to be recognized. Employees like Tyler are a tremendous asset. A cashier may be the last person a customer interacts with during a shopping trip, and Tyler leaves customers with a positive impression of the entire store. Once again his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile make an ordinary grocery trip feel more welcoming and personal. I absolutely love this bevmo. I went in to shop around a little bit and notice there was a tasting going on in the back of the store (which was AMAZING!) the girl doing it, Keri, was so sweet and surprisingly knew alot about wine. I say surprisingly because she looks young, but obviously at least 21 to be serving alcohol! She gave us a fun little quiz about alcohol, which made me feel dumb haha, it was a really fun experience. I ended up buying 3 of the wines from the selection. the rest of the employess i encountered there were very friendly and very knowledgable, except my cashier was pretty rude. She was a younger african american girl, probably mid 20s, as i walked up she pretended like she wasnt open and walked away forcing me to stand in a very long line with only 1 cashier (should probably work on that) she came back about 10 min later to help out and acted like she didnt even want to be there. No eye contact and kept checking her phone while helping me! It was very rude and if i get her again i will bring it to a managers attention! Other than that im happy read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. First of all, the store manager Mark is a dishonest asshole who spends a lot of time not being on the floor, even though this store gets burglarized every other week. Want booze for free? This is the store to go to!!! Then, you have the assistant manager, Amanda, who talks constantly about her wife in a loud obnoxious voice, hates men, and is a rude bitter person who obviously hates her life, and her bad attitude shows it. She is rude, brash, loud, and just awful. If these are the people this company chooses to have in charge, I will make my banquet and wedding event purchases elsewhere. I will never be back to this store, and neither will anyone else I know. Next time, I will drive farther to a decent BevMo. I spent a LOT of money in this store but just because of those 2, I will take my money elsewhere! read more

This is definitely the best BevMo I've ever been to! They literally have EVERYTHING here! Food, wine, alcohol, candy, snacks, ice cream, medical supplies, party supplies and more. The service here is impeccable as well. Gary had some great beer recommendations and helped me find everything I was looking for in the store. Dan was a real gentleman at the checkout too. The only order they ever filled for me, was by proxy when my son-in-law got his order fulfilled(with 2 bottles I wanted). If I had been notified in 2-4 hours, I could have searched elsewhere for the product I wanted... while others would have still had it in stock. But notifying me a day later is unacceptable. The one order they fulfilled, took 13 days to ship, and arrived after 19 days. Should have learned my lesson then. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me 2x.... I hope you go out of business. I was in just buying ice for our small bar/restaurant when our machine can't keep up with the heat…read moreand busy seasons. I purchased Ice for months last year: August, September, and October, about 50 bags per week at the max. Today I stopped in to grab 4 bags to check the quality and ice size to plan for the busy season ahead. I paid ahead, got my receipt, and started to load my ice. When grabbing the 2nd bag I tried to grab the 3rd at the same time but didn't want to rip or drop a 20lb bag of ice, so I only took one at a time. When grabbing the 4th and final bag the dude at the register, the same guy I was purchasing from all last year, told me that I already grabbed everything I paid for and accused me of stealing a fifth / extra bag. I explained that I didn't and only took one at a time. He insisted that I was stealing so I told him to come look in my car that was parked right on the curb; he refused to leave the counter and insisted that I took an extra bag. I took a picture of the ice in the back of the car to show him but he was rude and continued to say I took more, so i tried to remind him of all the business I gave him last year. He was a rude d*ick. I will not return to give this shop any money ever again. I work in another local small Buena Park business, and I was wearing my work shirt with the logo, AND I paid with a company card. I didn't need to steal a $5 bag of ice. F*uck you, get wrecked. See the picture with 4 bags in my trunk, check your cameras, you d*ick. In the picture: 4 bags ice, some boxes, & an empty grocery bag, Not 5 bags like I was accused of taking. Show the video if I stole something. Never returning to this shop.

Even the custom wooden center shelving feels vintage and like you're in an old fashioned wine/booze room. Beyond the decor, the service is what I come here for, the owner is in most days, and he can tell you about every bottle in here from the micro distillery to the Macro brewery putting out a limited run. He can order you, get you things you can't get elsewhere. My favorite thing is describing to him what I like, flavors, to bite, and he will point me to something cool and new I've never even heard of. Come to get a present for someone and leave with something for myself! Couldn't recommend this place more. Support local small business, especially when it's as cool as this place!

I would like to take a moment to give a special shout out to Tyler K., a cashier at this Stater…read moreBros., for exceptional customer service and genuine kindness he consistently provides. Tyler is the kind of employee who truly makes a difference. He is always friendly, welcoming, patient, attentive, and goes beyond simply ringing up groceries. He takes the time to ask if there is anything else needed, did you find everything you needed, recommends this is so good, and makes sure your completely taken care of before leaving. I sincerely hope management recognizes Tyler for the outstanding job he is doing. He represents Stater Bros. extremely well and sets a wonderful example of what exceptional customer service should look like. Tyler deserves to know that his kindness and dedication do not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you, Tyler, for consistently making customers feel welcome, respected, and cared for. You are truly an outstanding employee, and Stater Bros. is fortunate to have someone like you on their team.
