The store was clean, smelled like it's upkept, and looked very organized. All of this is immediately noticed upon entering. We were greeted by the employee at the register too :) good first impression here The prices - oh boy. Expect to pay more for items here. I bought some chamoy gushers, and at the register, they were $9 instead of the usual $6 I pay for at other places. Yikes. Another unfortunate thing is that they refuse to sell you alcohol the day you turn 21. You have to come back the following day :( I have never been to a place that had such a policy so that was a major bummer. I know it's not the worker's fault though -- just a really weird policy they enforce that makes zero sense. Every brewery and liquor mart I've been to honors the whole "your date of birth makes you legal to drink" thing. Oh well. I'm more upset about them prices anyway Good little spot but yeesh. read more

It's even better than I thought! :) This used to be just your run of the mill liquor store, but now it's much more! They still have your mainstay corner store items, but they now have a wine section, cigar area, a wide array of beer and wine, and much more! They've really laid the area out well, the design was well thought out for sure. The place was well staffed, and they were friendly and knowledgable about their offerings. :) read more

The food is exceptional for your high end liquor store. All of you standard liquor store snacks and staples. The service here is incredible, from the time you come through the doors till the time you leave. The varieties are MORE THAN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE. They are very accommodating to get the special something that they may not have or are sold out of. Very well lit, clean and a pleasant experience for looking at so many selections. They offer great advice for the undecided or the person who is looking for a special gift. If I could give a higher rating it would definitely exceed 5 stars. I love this spot because everyone here is friendly and they have literally all the alcohol you can find. I love how they have all the hard to find tequilas, whiskeys etc. They have a cigar room and their seltzer and beer selection is top notch. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves alcohol. read more

This place is super awesome! Employees Very Knowledgeable and friendly. The store beautiful inside and out. The shelves have been perfectly stocked with the most up to date Liquor and Spirits products. The Whiskey and Tequila game at corked is no joke. Great additions are the mixers, chips, jerky and nuts. The BEER COOLER is ridiculous, I was blown away at all the different beers they had. Pilsners, stouts, domestics, Imports and an Insane amount of IPA's . They have a high end wine cellar and a beautiful cigar room. Prices are competitive and I noticed they have a small area for discounted and on sale inventory. Oh and let me not forget there's even a section of non alcoholic spirits. All in all Corked is a great addition to the area. read more

This is a fairly new liquor store close to where I live. The place has variety of alcohol and a walk-in fridge for selection of beers from lagers, stouts, IPAs, regular beers. The place is clean and well-lit. They also sell some food items and has a lottery inside. read more

I've become somewhat of a regular here, I'll go out of my way sometimes to buy something. The people here are great. The selection is wild, everything you need. I spent a hundred+ ordering for delivery. My order got damaged in shipment as listed on the UPS site. Corked is trying to say they delivered the shipment when it was returned as notified to the sender. The shipment was supposed to be 2 day Fedex but they mailed it with UPS. This is corks response. Corked is a great established liquor store in the heart of the city. I have been buying liquor here for years now. Corked advertises liquors and they have them in inventory according to the people at the registers, but they are not selling to customers at this time even though their advertising as they are available. This is very misleading for a new company that wants to be community based. read more

Corked is a very special place. Everyone is wonderful and they have everything you could ever need for entertaining and gifts with prices being reasonable. I like to support small businesses and it's nice to not have to drive far to buy quality liquor. They have a huge walk in beer cooler, large selection of tequila, loads of hard kombucha, great whiskey selection, temperature controlled cigar room and champagne/wine cooler. Also I used to joke with the old owners that the energy is so good. They're always busy and I am convinced that this place is going to win the lottery if he would just move things around (Fung shui) and keep the energy in motion. I only buy my lottery tickets here because of this. Fast forward two year and now, Since the remodel with Corked, someone already won $10,000 on a scratch and they've only been open like two months. If you're looking for specific thing definitely try this place all sorts of buzz balls, and great snacks. It's what this area needs read more

I read the good and bad reviews and was definitely a bit hesitant to be ordering for shipping from out of town since I was not able to see the product first hand. So, I called and spoke with Danny - he was great! He verified that he could literally see the two bottles of whiskey that I was after as I could not find them locally (Blanton's & Michter's 10yr Rye). I had a little trouble with the online ordering system but called Danny & he confirmed he did receive the order and there were no duplicates... then on to the shipping and waiting game... I got a notice of the package being shipped a day or two later (I ordered around 7pm). Got nervous when I saw the package was delivered to "Bob" 2/days in... and I had no package... but apparently UPS passes packages over to USPS... I didn't know this, neither did Danny. Called him to see what he knew. Called UPS and they confirmed USPS had the package and that's who "Bob" worked for and gave me the USPS tracking number. Sure enough, the bottles showed up the next day in perfect condition and I cannot wait to try them out our next friends whiskey tasting! I called Danny multiple times along the way and he was nothing but kind, gracious, patient and helpful each time. I would simply recommend to anyone ordering from out of town to call first. Talk to Danny and confirm he has eyes on the item you're purchasing before you make the purchase. Online inventories are not perfect and it is a small business. This 1 extra step is really all about doing yourself a favor and avoiding any mix-ups or headaches. And b/c it's a liquor store there always seems someone to be there to answer the phone even outside of regular business hours. :) Looking forward to seeing what else Danny gets in that's on my list and will definitely purchase from Corked again w/o heistation. Shortly thereafter they raise the price on the website to $449 and cancel my order for "insufficient inventory". Won't reply to my email. Would not recommend them for e-commerce. read more

Walking into the corner store which was once Eddie's liquor, caught me by surprise to find out that it is under new ownership under Corked. It hasn't been changed for decades, and after seeing that they have only opened under new ownership for only a month or so, I can already see positive changes. They have already implemented unique liquors, from beers, to varieties of whiskeys and bourbons. Heck, they even have a rewards programs which gives back to the regulars. Talking with the owner, he seems to be a nice guy whose going to take care of the corner store. He said there is much to look forward to, and so far I am appreciating what Corked has been doing. When I bit into them, I could actually taste and feel the fibrous banana strings, which made the drink less enjoyable. The banana syrup could be improved by using fully ripe bananas and taking the extra time to remove the fibrous strings before making the syrup. While it does require more preparation, it would make a noticeable difference. Ripe bananas are naturally sweeter, and removing the strings would eliminate much of the bitterness while creating a smoother, creamier syrup and cold foam. I also ordered the regular Matcha Latte, and personally, I found it more enjoyable than the Banana Matcha. That said, my all-time favorite drink here is still the Butter Honey Latte. It's incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. I highly recommend giving that one a try!

I've been eating at Atoyubu religiously since it opened, but when Let Eat Yogurt opened in the same strip mall a couple of years ago, I thought it was just another froyo spot or something - I was dead wrong. Kkeu-deok is Korean-style thick yogurt that is thicker (think almost cream cheese like in consistency), a little drier, and due to the straining process, has more protein! Why hasn't this caught on in the states yet, I do not know... but it should! If you want to customize your own bowl, it works similarly to getting an acai bowl. You'll choose a yogurt base and how many scoops you want of it, of which they have a few flavors. Went for blueberry this time and it had delicious chunks of blueberry mixed in. Then you choose your toppings like freshly cut fruit, some sweeter options like mochi, things like honey and agave to drizzle/mix in, along with honey granola. The folks working there were also super kind and patient and were willing to walk us through the process as new customers. The fruit is delicious and very fresh, though the strawberries were definitely on the tart side. The yogurt isn't too sweet, but it's also surprisingly not that tart. So if you're expecting Greek yogurt level of tart, you won't get that BUT they do sell a grape yuzu yogurt that might be up your alley! You see, they sell packaged yogurt in to go friendly containers with some interesting flavors, so we ended up getting yuzu grape and banana pudding. I'm a banana pudding FIEND and I say that this is one of the best variations of banana pudding I've had anywhere. AND it's healthy and has lots of protein! There's seating and a restroom, but most of the (limited) tables are 2-tops so if you're coming in a larger group... might be tough! Very Disappointing Experience -- Poor Customer Service…read more A friend of mine came to visit from out of state, and since she had been looking forward to having Korean patbingsu (shaved ice with sweet red beans) while visiting the U.S., we decided to go to Sulbing. We ordered patbingsu, bungeoppang (Korean fish-shaped pastry), and an iced café latte. All three items were placed together on one tray. Before eating, I took a picture to post on Instagram. Then, when I picked up the iced latte to take a sip, the lid came off because it had not been properly secured, and the entire drink spilled all over my clothes. I immediately told the staff that the lid had not been properly closed. Instead of apologizing or offering any help, the employees insisted that they had definitely closed it properly and that they had heard the lid "click." They basically said it was not their fault. What was even more upsetting was that they then walked into the kitchen and left us without offering any assistance at all. We asked for something to clean up the mess, but they told us that the tissues were outside and that it was self-service. They simply handed me a mop and expected me to clean everything myself. I was honestly shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and customer service. I went to the restroom and tried to clean my clothes with water as best I could. When I came back out, I saw the two employees inside the kitchen laughing and chatting together. At that point, I was extremely upset. Despite everything, I stayed because my friend had traveled a long way and had really wanted to try the patbingsu and bungeoppang. We tried to enjoy our food, but the whole experience left a very unpleasant impression. Later, when I looked again at the latte photo I had taken for Instagram before the spill, I could clearly see that the lid was not properly sealed. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I needed to share it. Mistakes can happen, and I would have understood if the staff had simply apologized and tried to help. What was most upsetting was the attitude afterward -- no apology, no assistance, and no basic courtesy. I will not be returning to this location.

I came specifically for a Laphroaig lore cask strength, $85. Grabbed a few other goodies.
