Corked is 1 for 3 in fulfilling online orders. You order from them... then they inform you a day later that they cannot fulfill your order. The only order they ever filled for me, was by proxy when my son-in-law got his order fulfilled(with 2 bottles I wanted). If I had been notified in 2-4 hours, I could have searched elsewhere for the product I wanted... while others would have still had it in stock. But notifying me a day later is unacceptable. The one order they fulfilled, took 13 days to ship, and arrived after 19 days. Should have learned my lesson then. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me 2x.... I hope you go out of business. The store was clean, smelled like it's upkept, and looked very organized. All of this is immediately noticed upon entering. We were greeted by the employee at the register too :) good first impression here The prices - oh boy. Expect to pay more for items here. I bought some chamoy gushers, and at the register, they were $9 instead of the usual $6 I pay for at other places. Yikes. Another unfortunate thing is that they refuse to sell you alcohol the day you turn 21. You have to come back the following day :( I have never been to a place that had such a policy so that was a major bummer. I know it's not the worker's fault though -- just a really weird policy they enforce that makes zero sense. Every brewery and liquor mart I've been to honors the whole "your date of birth makes you legal to drink" thing. Oh well. They still have your mainstay corner store items, but they now have a wine section, cigar area, a wide array of beer and wine, and much more! The food is exceptional for your high end liquor store. All of you standard liquor store snacks and staples. The service here is incredible, from the time you come through the doors till the time you leave. The varieties are MORE THAN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE. They are very accommodating to get the special something that they may not have or are sold out of. Very well lit, clean and a pleasant experience for looking at so many selections. They offer great advice for the undecided or the person who is looking for a special gift. If I could give a higher rating it would definitely exceed 5 stars. This place is super awesome! Employees Very Knowledgeable and friendly. The store beautiful inside and out. The shelves have been perfectly stocked with the most up to date Liquor and Spirits products. The Whiskey and Tequila game at corked is no joke. Great additions are the mixers, chips, jerky and nuts. The BEER COOLER is ridiculous, I was blown away at all the different beers they had. Pilsners, stouts, domestics, Imports and an Insane amount of IPA's . They have a high end wine cellar and a beautiful cigar room. Prices are competitive and I noticed they have a small area for discounted and on sale inventory. Corked advertises liquors and they have them in inventory according to the people at the registers, but they are not selling to customers at this time even though their advertising as they are available. This is very misleading for a new company that wants to be community based. read more

Corked is a very special place. Everyone is wonderful and they have everything you could ever need for entertaining and gifts with prices being reasonable. I like to support small businesses and it's nice to not have to drive far to buy quality liquor. They have a huge walk in beer cooler, large selection of tequila, loads of hard kombucha, great whiskey selection, temperature controlled cigar room and champagne/wine cooler. Also I used to joke with the old owners that the energy is so good. They're always busy and I am convinced that this place is going to win the lottery if he would just move things around (Fung shui) and keep the energy in motion. I only buy my lottery tickets here because of this. Fast forward two year and now, Since the remodel with Corked, someone already won $10,000 on a scratch and they've only been open like two months. I read the good and bad reviews and was definitely a bit hesitant to be ordering for shipping from out of town since I was not able to see the product first hand. So, I called and spoke with Danny - he was great! He verified that he could literally see the two bottles of whiskey that I was after as I could not find them locally (Blanton's & Michter's 10yr Rye). I had a little trouble with the online ordering system but called Danny & he confirmed he did receive the order and there were no duplicates... then on to the shipping and waiting game... I got a notice of the package being shipped a day or two later (I ordered around 7pm). Got nervous when I saw the package was delivered to "Bob" 2/days in... and I had no package... but apparently UPS passes packages over to USPS... I didn't know this, neither did Danny. Called him to see what he knew. Called UPS and they confirmed USPS had the package and that's who "Bob" worked for and gave me the USPS tracking number. Sure enough, the bottles showed up the next day in perfect condition and I cannot wait to try them out our next friends whiskey tasting! I called Danny multiple times along the way and he was nothing but kind, gracious, patient and helpful each time. I would simply recommend to anyone ordering from out of town to call first. Talk to Danny and confirm he has eyes on the item you're purchasing before you make the purchase. Online inventories are not perfect and it is a small business. This 1 extra step is really all about doing yourself a favor and avoiding any mix-ups or headaches. And b/c it's a liquor store there always seems someone to be there to answer the phone even outside of regular business hours. :) Looking forward to seeing what else Danny gets in that's on my list and will definitely purchase from Corked again w/o heistation. Walking into the corner store which was once Eddie's liquor, caught me by surprise to find out that it is under new ownership under Corked. It hasn't been changed for decades, and after seeing that they have only opened under new ownership for only a month or so, I can already see positive changes. They have already implemented unique liquors, from beers, to varieties of whiskeys and bourbons. Heck, they even have a rewards programs which gives back to the regulars. Talking with the owner, he seems to be a nice guy whose going to take care of the corner store. He said there is much to look forward to, and so far I am appreciating what Corked has been doing.
