I especially like the barrel pick/ store pick program.

If you're looking for the whales, you may not find them here yet, but the owner/operator/purchaser I spoke with is trying to get them in and more often. I was told that if you want to find out what they get in their orders, to come in or contact them on Thursdays. They cant guarantee that the bottles wont be already purchased or allocated, but its a shot. I recommend stopping in here to take a look. You won't be disappointed. I would like to take a moment to give a special shout out to Tyler K., a cashier at this Stater…read moreBros., for exceptional customer service and genuine kindness he consistently provides. Tyler is the kind of employee who truly makes a difference. He is always friendly, welcoming, patient, attentive, and goes beyond simply ringing up groceries. He takes the time to ask if there is anything else needed, did you find everything you needed, recommends this is so good, and makes sure your completely taken care of before leaving. His attention to customers and willingness to help make it clear that he genuinely cares about the experience he provides. What impresses me most is that Tyler's kindness feels sincere. He treats customers with respect and makes people feel seen and valued. Even when the store is busy, he maintains a positive attitude and never makes you feel rushed or like an inconvenience. His professionalism, patience, and consistently pleasant demeanor are qualities that are becoming increasingly rare and deserve to be recognized. Employees like Tyler are a tremendous asset. A cashier may be the last person a customer interacts with during a shopping trip, and Tyler leaves customers with a positive impression of the entire store. Once again his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile make an ordinary grocery trip feel more welcoming and personal. I sincerely hope management recognizes Tyler for the outstanding job he is doing. He represents Stater Bros. extremely well and sets a wonderful example of what exceptional customer service should look like. Tyler deserves to know that his kindness and dedication do not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you, Tyler, for consistently making customers feel welcome, respected, and cared for. You are truly an outstanding employee, and Stater Bros. is fortunate to have someone like you on their team.
