Ive received some compliments already (4 to be exact). well worth it and highly recommended, especially if you do public speaking, are a public figure or work in a leadership position, it goes a long way. As for the before and after, i forgot to take a before picture so the before is a few months old, i had gotten my teeth cleaned (plaque removal) a few months before this whitening procedure. i dont usually post reviews but because the technician was great, the results were great and she asked me to.... Cleanliness was a concern -- I repeatedly spit into what appeared to be a dirty plastic bucket, which raised additional red flags. Overall, the environment felt careless and poorly managed. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and I would not return or recommend this place to others.

While you sit in the chair getting your teeth whitened, they give you these yellow tinted plastic glasses that supposedly protect your eyes. I was doubtful because they look like they came out of a cereal box. When you're done with the procedure, you take the glasses off and your teeth look pretty white. A glass of lemonade would look white at that point too - after spending about an hour seeing everything tinted yellow. When my eyes had adjusted and I got home I realized my teeth hadn't whitened at all. Tricky! They also are very pushy to get you to buy another session at a discount. The discount only applies if you pay on the spot, and they really press you. I paid in the office for a second session that I didn't even bother going back for because it's truly a waste of time for minimal results. They sometimes offer a discount for positive Yelp reviews, so keep in mind that a lot of these 5 stars are from people who are getting some money back and haven't had enough time to realize their teeth are same as always. As a final insult, my teeth were incredibly, painfully sensitive for the rest of the day.

At LIC, they explained they did not have the specific materials needed to address my implant issue. However, the doctor there was warm, professional, and genuinely tried to help me. I was specifically told that the Forest Hills location would be able to assist. I was in the Forest Hills office for about three minutes. I came in with loose upper crowns from a dental implant procedure I had done in Turkey. Dr. Schlesinger walked in, refused to shake my hand, and stood at a distance. He did not perform an examination. He did not turn on a light, did not touch my crowns, and did not assess the area. He asked me to open my mouth briefly, and without physically examining the crowns, he stated that I should go back to Turkey or wherever I had the procedure done and have them fix it because he did not know. He then walked out. There was no clinical assessment and no attempt to evaluate the issue. At the 365 Dental Forest Hills location, the dental assistant, a woman with dark hair, glasses, and a ponytail, was present during this interaction and appeared visibly uncomfortable as it unfolded. I took the instruction literally and flew back to Turkey. When I arrived, I was informed they could not assist because the manufacturer of the implant components is based in Israel and Turkey has severed ties. As a result, I am now pursuing treatment with ClearChoice to replace the crowns and possibly the implants. I have been a patient with 365 Dental for about six years. This experience at the Forest Hills location was unacceptable. After this interaction with Dr. Schlesinger, I will not be returning.
