The employee gave me a loyalty card to get my tenth threading free. I'd come again!

I'm a guy and not sure how often they do more masculine-leaning designs, but they really nailed it and knocked it out of the park with this one. I brought inspo pics for a gel design, but there was a bit of miscommunication and the design wasn't coming out right. That said, before we even got there, my nails looked so good -- super clean, crisp, and perfectly shaped. Even without polish, I would've been happy leaving like that. They had another manicurist, Dolker, step in and she completely turned it around. She checked in with me on each nail and executed the design way better -- I left really happy. They also took $15 off, which I appreciated. The manicure itself lasted almost 4 weeks with no chipping and I kept getting compliments. One tip: bring cash for gratuity -- otherwise it's Venmo only, but there's a bodega right across the street if you need it. I'd definitely come back -- just booking with Dolker next time.
