The waiting room was very clean, the seats wasn't comfortable at all but hey had coffee and water a unisex restroom and a TV that was playing old westerns. This was on a Sunday afternoon. Aziria called me and ask what services was I getting. I explained just an oil change. They pretty much already had all my info and the type of oil I used from the last time I received an oil change and asked if I was to use the same oil. They gave me a price and I sat back down in the waiting area. Jeffrey called me a few minutes later to tell me about my carbon filter that was dirty and needed to be changed. At first I told him I will change it myself but then I thought 5 months ago when I was at Jiffy Lube it needed to be changed and I never changed it. So I told him to just change it. He quotes me a Price of $24.99 then realized that the wrong price. The correct price was $29.99 oh well. It still needed to be changed. I told Jeffrey I felt deceived by the dramatic price change lol. Rodney work on my oil change checked the pressure of my tires and everything else that they suppose to check. Aziria checked me out and thank goodness I had a coupon so the price was just right with everything that I had done.
