Ok i have to return in 2 wks. Upon return, 10/3, Eurich, the Manager was on hand to assist me this time around. I explained the situation to him, we again called the tire manufacturer so he can become familiar with my case and we took it from there. He saw that i was still quite hesitant and offered i come back on Friday when Tony may be in. I agreed, he put everything in their system and we shook hands. Here i am, 2 days later and Eurich is on deck again. I explained that i felt i was paying more than i should, i called the manufacturer AGAIN, they called him to explain it better, he took the info from them and told me what my New rate was. Even though he probably thought i was a cheap-haggeling female, he had a great poker face. He was very kind and understanding because at the end of the day, theyre not losing out either. Theyre simply providing great customer service and solidifying their place in this tire business. So after this long-a review, i do recommend them for all your tire needs. On 07/10/19, I spoke to Jr, he pointed out the problems & without any pressure - he recommended what was needed to be done. I was pleased that prior to commencing the repair, he was able to provide the price without add on surprises. Jr came across very knowledgeable with their services. In fact one of the rims sustained 3 cracks, and he was honest enough to tell me that he could fix it but it will not hold very well since I need to replace the rim. At that point, he did not try to sell me rims or any unnecessary parts. In fact, he encouraged me to deal with the tire insurance. For me, that came across as honest business. Today, I returned to replace my brakes. Since I shopped around for prices, I know that Affinity provided me a good deal. I dealt with Manny and he explained that rotors needed to be changed. This week the battery needed to be replaced (I wonder why). Once again, my wife was driving the car, stopped in. They replaced the battery, thanks, I suppose. I guess they thought they were being nice by washing the car but LOST THE FRONT PASSENGER floor mat. How does that even happen? So, now I'm buying new mats because they are giving us the run around and not doing what is the right thing to do and replacing what they took out of my car, without asking, and lost it.
