This place was alright and an okay price for 3 games, 2 people. The seating area (or lack there of) per 2 lanes is abysmal. Thank goodness that the lanes next to ours were empty. We would've been sitting on the floor. One very small table and three chairs for two/three lanes. The lanes were WIDE open and other groups were stacked on top of eachother. I felt really bad for a large group that came in for what looked like a birthday outing. There was at least 12, aging from teen to adult. They got sardined in the middle of other occupied lanes when there were plenty of lanes open further down. They had to scrounge from others for empty chairs and an extra table for them to be able to sit in between turns just to sip on their $5.41 sodas. Our party of two had fun and space. I just felt awful for others. read more

So it would be 13.50 for a person to play one game . I had the BEST experience here with my little man. We came on a Thursday (so somewhat busy) and I was immediately greeted at the front desk with my reservation literally on hand. The lady that greeted us did a fabulous job explaining everything to us in a very friendly and respectful way. My son wanted lemonade but since he is so picky with his food and drinks this same lady had him try it first on a small cup. I appreciated this gesture very much. Then when we went over to the arcade, I spent over $30 trying to win my son one big stuffed bear that kept falling right before arriving to the drop box. A manager that was nearby came over and gave us a card he had so we can try a few more times... for free. We won the bear after all those tries! My son wouldn't stop mentioning to me how nice the people that work here are. And he's only 5 years old. Even the person that brought us over our food was very nice and helpful. We planned this little "date night" 2 weeks ago. And thanks to the employees here, they made it a very fun and memorable experience for my son and I. Wish I could leave a 0 on this place. Worst managed place I have ever been too. Reserved a lane said I would be paged and texted when my lane was ready. Got a text saying my reservation was in and that the lane was almost ready while standing there asking for a lane. Told to wait 45 min. Waited 45 min and went to ask about my lane. Was told that the message I received while talking to the staff that my lane was almost ready was the notification to come get my lane and now I do t have a lane. I was at the desk asking for a lane while I got the message and was told to wait 45 min. If that's my notification why was I told to wait for a lane? I also waited by 4 open lanes the whole time. Still sitting here by the 4 open lanes 30 min later. What a joke of staff and management! read more

It's an average bowling spot. Nothing looks very updated. The food was decent but, the portions were slim. To top it off they charge per person per game. So, for two games you paying over $50 with shoes. This is daytime bowling, mind you, not some speciality event. They are price gauging for a regular run of the mill experience. Whether you are rolling in the strikes or suffering the agony of defeat, AMF provides a fun environment the whole family can enjoy. They have 2 bars (for those 21+) that have beer pitchers worthy enough to be Lil John's Crunk Cup (for a reasonable price of $10.59 for what you are getting). With the deals they have here on Sundays, I feel like I unlocked a cheat code where I can bowl for as long as I want for a cheaper price than I would pay for only 2 hours of play (read my tip). This place turned out to be disappointing to say the least. The lanes we seem to be placed at always have issues with pins or the mathematics. Today we had an event booked here with 18 people (some from Chicago and two from Portland). The experience was less than satisfactory to say the least. If you're looking for a good time bowling go somewhere else. The manager had the opportunity to "make it right" we were very professional and cordial, but I guess you can't work with some people. Lane 41 literally doesn't give us 10 pins twice in a row. The place is dirty, and bowlero has let this place degrade.

I've been coming here since I moved to Wisconsin three years ago and this is my favorite place to bowl. We always feel very welcomed by the staff here, which is nice since other places usually have very unfriendly people. We love the summer bowling pass every year and I love being able to bowl three times a day! The staff keeps the place very well maintained and they've done a lot to the place to make it much more modern! We love coming here and will only come here! read more

Had a Groupon that was an awesome deal for some family fun. What else would you do on a Sunday afternoon in "Stallis"? Lol. It's been awhile since we have gone bowling, a lot has changed. It was really clean, friendly service, and everything is automated to keep score. Although we didn't eat, they have basic bar type food that was pretty modest in price and looked good. $15 to rent bowling shoes, and $5 per game. I came here on a Friday night and it was fairly busy, but nothing too crazy. I would suggest bowling after 10 if you can...which would save you money versus playing per game! The bartender was very down to earth and personable, it was around $7 for a drink, pitchers run you around $13 and that's just for the Miller Lite but it's a pretty big one. Bowled one season here. Management doesn't care a lick about the leagues. Order a pitcher, get 1/3 foam and short poured. Machines damaged balls regularly... lanes were breaking consistently and we were told "bowl through it." Lowest payout we've ever seen for a high placement. read more

For almost $100 we got two lanes and shoe rentals on a Friday evening. Bowling can get pricey. Amf has bumper bowling for the kids but it's not automatic so once it's up.. it's up for the whole game. At Olympic Lanes, it is automated and only comes up when you need it to for the kids. We also had a lot of problems with the lanes. It kept getting stuck and we had to reset it almost every time. And because of that, we got the wrong scores sometimes. I bowled 2 strikes and they were unaccounted for... boo. read more

Bowling is not something I do often.. Neither is complaining. I had such an awful experience at this bowling alley words can't even describe. So myself and four others came to bowl a couple rounds. We got our lanes set up... Then we wanted some drinks & apps. I think they just hired the bartender from off of the street. A Bloody Mary took 20 minutes (yes I'm serious), two beers and two margaritas had to be delivered to us. We also ordered nachos and a chicken quesadilla... Plus one more order of nachos five minutes later. It took 20 minutes for the first order... And 45 freaking minutes for the second order of nachos. I'm not lying. We went up and they said they "forgot" we had another order. They finally come 10 minutes later and the girl that drops them off says "uh so I guess you guys have another order of these.. I have no idea." So we had a total of two hours to bowl. The pin setter kept getting stuck so we had to go to the desk three times to have them reset it.. Which the help at the front desk was just as impressive as the bartender. Then finally they moved us to different lanes, but all that time we spent waiting... We didn't get it back. The whole experience was awful. It just kept getting worse and worse. Definitely wont be coming here again. Avoid at all costs. Maybe you'll find a bowling alley with semi intelligent staff. read more

I am someone who loves bowling & really enjoys going whenever I can, but I just don't go enough. When I do bowl, I really like going to AMF West Lanes. It's a little out of the way for me to get there, but I'm comfortable going AMF. They have modern scoreboards (not flat screens but good enough) that keep track of your score for you. It plays some funny visuals for each number of pins you knock down. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful if you need them. I haven't done a huge comparison to other bowling allies but I think AMF is pretty reasonable on price. There is nothing special about the place, older look inside, balls are in just okay shape, but you will definitely have fun if you go. They do have a full bar (not top notch), serve food, and have video games to play. I just focus on the bowling and celebrating my victories...haha. Okay, I'm only about a 130 bowler, but hey, I don't go enough like I said earlier. I always like to impart some sort of helpful piece in my reviews and the tip here is go to AMF on Wednesday's. I think it's like $1 games...Awesome deal! read more

So the bowling was fun and the place is nice but on a Saturday night there should be more people working. Waited close to 15 min at the bar for some bottles of beer because there was 1 girl working! I think there were 4 employees in the whole place! The big bar wasn't even open! There are people who need jobs and would be willing to work so hire more people!! read more

I love the cheese fries here! They have bacon and sour cream. Soooooo delicious! The blonde lady at the counter asked my mom to buy me a summer pass so I could bowl every day! I think it's a good deal. 3 games every day and I don't have to worry about bringing shoes either! The price seemed good and my mom got it for me. Thanks mom! saturday night and almost every lane was open yet they still had people on a waiting list. super rude employees and seemed like they had very poor management. looked like an amazing bowling alley, but waited in line for about 25 mins (2 groups were in front of us) and decided to just leave. would love if this place had better service/management because i would love to go here it looked like an awesome layout! read more

I went here with $15 and 2 free games of bowling for each of my 3 children. I had to get the kids bowling shoes and I was going to bowl 2 games. The young lady at the counter came back with $22. $22 for 3 pairs of shoes and 2 games for me, are you kidding? No wonder bowling is struggling. They had new scoring machines and we did not know how to operate them. I went and asked the Asst. Manager for help and he stated "I guess so", like it was too much for him to do. There was less then 10 people in the whole place. I am suppose to bowl there this fall, I may have to rethink that. read more

We have bowled in leagues at AMF west a couple years back. We just recently returned and noticed all the updates they have done in the center. They have a amazing arcade now that I'm sure my kids will love to come and visit. Things are looking great here again. The staff is happy to be there and very nice. Happy to be back! read more

A group of us bowled here last Friday , 7:00pm. Cost was over 14.00 each for two hours and shoe rental. When they say two hours, it is exactly two hours. So if you are in the middle of a game your lane will just shut down at the two hour point. It does give you a warning when you have 5 minutes left, 3 minutes left, etc. I think this is over priced, there are better deals out there for bowling. As other people mentioned, if you order food it takes way too long to get it. read more
