We also added some large games to our space as well. We then made it upstairs for our dinner program and the buffet was amazing! Delicious and tenor serving they have a very nice event space upstairs. The staff were very nice. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start. Everyone had a really fun time and for many it was their first time experiencing it.

The staff is friendly. We had a few issues with our lane and had to reset it a few times. Recreational use seems to be very common here. It was more noticeable as it was getting later in the day.

When we arrived, there was a long line of people waiting for service at the front counter. A mountain of shoes have accumulated on the counter, presumably due to no one being assigned to man the desk. We did not see anyone come to the front for 30 minutes! When someone did come out, we were told there were no lanes available at all and the kitchen was closed because they were backed up. So... what was the point of making a reservation?! The icing on the cake was hearing the manager/supervisor say out loud to an employee clocking in (when someone finally did show up) that there was a $10,000 large party about to show up where he would rather focus their attention. Aren't all paying customers valued? The staff was clearly flustered and overwhelmed. Their attempts to pacify the clearly agitated crowd was filled with attitude. I felt like we were inconveniencing them. Maybe close off reservations on your website next time, or position staff better. Leaving the front unattended for that long is ridiculous. Wish it was a better experience cause the place looked really nice.

Food and drinks were basic but good. The space is rather rudimentary, and on really cold winter days gets a bit chilly. Still, the open spaces are well organized and set up. A nice place for friends and families to spend time being active inside when being outside is not an option.

There was one woman for the entire place and it appeared she also took food out to the lanes- which means she disappeared two or three times while we were waiting to place our order. I believe every single lane was taken, and there's only one person to take orders, make drinks AND serve? WHAT? She also seemed to have no awareness whatever of who came first, and helped at least 3 different people before us that had approached while we were waiting. When the food did come out maybe 20 minutes later it was plopped down at the back table by our lane and left- whoever brought it didn't say a word. It might have been sitting there for a solid 5-10 minutes since I wasn't monitoring the back table every second. Overall the food wasn't bad- but left me crazy frustrated. The people at the desk were helpful but quite slow when we asked for the bumpers to be taken down at our lane. I don't have any significant feelings on their service otherwise. My fellow bowlers said they love coming here, but typically come during the week- so maybe the busy weekend wasn't right for a first impression- I've worked in customer service and am willing to cut a bit of slack per their review. All in all I will stick to my usual new berlin ale house where things seem a bit more professional and servers are always quick and attentive- even on league nights when it's crazy hectic.

Let's start by saying the location is fairly easy to get to located just off the highway. New Berlin Bowl is clean and the lanes for bowling are solid. The staff was friendly and courteous, and they made sure we were taken care of during our visit. Also connected to New Berlin Ale House it's a mecca for entertainment. Prices are fair making this a great spot to get your bowl and drink on. Lot's of parking make it easy in and out. That about sums New Berlin Bowl up and I couldn't ask for much more from any place I choose to go bowling!

Prices are VERY reasonable compared to surrounding bowling spots. Weekdays before 9PM are $3.00 per game, weekdays after 9PM are $2.00 per game, and weekends are $4.00 per game. Shoe rental is $3.00 and while I hate wearing those things, they're really well maintained and relatively clean. The bar in the alley has some basic food options that aren't half bad! I enjoyed the pretzel bite dippers A LOT. The prices are a little more than average for typical "bar food" but still reasonable. The service in the bar however is ABYSMAL unless you have boobs and flirt with the bartender. Our guy was incredibly rude and inattentive for our last two visits. There's a jukebox so you can select the music that plays, but fair warning... it's $1 per song (more if you skip others) and you likely won't even get a chance to hear yours if it's a full night. The crowd is pretty mixed - I've had nights where people in the lanes next to us are super competitive and others where they're sociable and casual. When we go after 9:30 on the weekdays I have yet to see any kids. Overall it's a nice place with lots of lanes!
