I ended up at the Hall one day recently because a friend had a coupon for a free sandwich from one of the vendors. I wasn't in the mood for much, so I wandered and took in the large variety of food and drink on offer. (If you can't find something here to satisfy yourself, you're not trying hard enough.) The space itself was large, open, and very noisy. Restrooms were clean. I'll be back some day when I can bring a beer drinker so we can experience City Fountain. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start. We did end up having problems with our Lane but Tyler and the mechanic did what they could to get the problem fixed. When it still wasn't working, Ashley helped to get our situation fixed, apologized and gave us passes to try again another day. Even through the mechanical issues and food wait weren't fun and kind of frustrating, Tyler and Ashley left us with a great experience! We will definitely be back!

Not all claw machines had prizes being restocked but i still got a good amount of goodies to take home from that area of the games!! I will say i was also disappointed to see that the only two ski ball machines were cramped next to each other against the bowling area wall. But still playable! We got nearly 10 experience games (rhythm games & Mario Kart) for our price. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back again for karaoke and to try their bowling alley.
