Ive been here a handful of times!! I prefer to go on less busy days, Tuesday night was pretty chill! Eating area was clean, and the self service credit stations for reloading are great! I will say that i've been saving my tickets for like a year now from each time I've gone and still don't have enough for a prize bigger than a Chinese finger trap ): which is a bummer after spending over $100 every-time i go. Some of the games weren't working properly as well. I swiped my card for the basketball game only to realize all of the basketballs were stuck in the net. I am sure i could have asked staff for help but, i just decided to move on. The Mario kart i decided to play also had a broken wheel but didn't impact game play too much. So i also ignored that. Not all claw machines had prizes being restocked but i still got a good amount of goodies to take home from that area of the games!! I will say i was also disappointed to see that the only two ski ball machines were cramped next to each other against the bowling area wall. But still playable! The photo booths are so fun and a great inclusion. The 99 cent ice cream was a nice treat before heading out into the mall. Next door are two more activity centers if you feel like you haven't spent enough money already, and feel like you want a shot at air-soft shooting or escape rooms. Mid-day weekends and summers I'm sure are packed; and in past experience, with young kiddos having their own fun, and parents catching a break. Which is okay too, just not my style. Overall always a fun visit, just keep in mind that experience may vary depending on the day and time you go and what you prefer socially! read more

I came here to do some karaoke with a friend. For $12.50 per hour (+ tax, this is the weekday early rate), we got a private room for karaoke. If you come with a lot of people, this is well worth the price! Even for the two of us, it was a great deal. We spent $22 (+ tax, including card activation) for games. We got nearly 10 experience games (rhythm games & Mario Kart) for our price. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back again for karaoke and to try their bowling alley. read more

Loved this place! I have sisters who love anime and we love going to arcades because of the prizes and the fun. My favorite part of Round1 is that it has its roots in Japan meaning a ton of their games are Japanese and the prizes (think claw machine plushes) are AMUSE brand plushes that are licensed in Japan like Rilakkuma, Mameshiba, and other adorable kawaii toys. The employees were all very friendly and the presence of security guards was known- there are tons of them everywhere. They all seemed super polite and we felt good there. They have a kitchen and bar (lots of bottled drinks) which are sold for a flat fee. Apparently you cannot tip on your card which I thought was weird. There is bowling, photobooths, arcade games, ticket games and claw machines. There is a prize station with everything from Rick and Morty Monopoly to longboards and even a Dyson purifier! They don't come easy and nice prizes are tens of thousands of tickets. I liked how the place was cleaner than other arcades I've been to. We won a bunch of plushes (spent a good amount of money so the cost per plush evened out). All in all a fun place! read more

During a mall shopping trip I witnessed a disturbing scene at this Round One. Browsing in a nearby store, I was aware of a woman in perephrial who was lingering outside the arcade. As I left the store I was in, I saw her wave at someone inside the arcade at the same time as manager began shutting the gates to close off the mall entrance. Her children did not make it out of the arcade by the time the time the last gate was shut, arriving to the closed gates just moments later. The employees would not open the gates to release them, even though she begged them to and the kids began crying and rattling the gates locking, crying to be let out. It was so upsetting. I wandered over and heard them tell her to exit the mall and come to a separate entrance, but she was upset at the idea of walking away from her crying children and have to leave them unattended to walk through the mall, exit the building and re-enter at a different point. She said they had been there for a party that was now over and she had clearly been waiting on them to exit the arcade. There was another patron also near the children complaining she did not wish to be locked in and have to exit to the outside and walk half a block to re-enter the mall, either. It was very distressing to witness the children so upset and scared at being locked away from their parent. She told them she was going to reenter at the other point, but they were terrified as she had to walk away and out of their view to do that. The employees told the mother it would do no good to call the manager, in my opinion they could've opened the gate and let the kids out to their parent. read more

Would be zero stars if was option. Came with a 3yo and 4yo. Got through 2 frames before "lane assistant" came up and said if 3yo does not put shoes on they will close the lane (3yo was not even playing but walked on to the floor). When we entered there was no lane assistant out on the floor until we say down (4 or 5 lanes were occupied). The assistant stood behind us the whole time. No other lanes being monitored. When I asked for a refund they refused. Manager was no help. And at the end employee called my wife the b word. Will neve go again. Be warned with small children. read more

Sensory overload upon entering this arcade. So many games, colors, and sounds. A few things to point out, first the bar here (as well as the other areas of service at the counters) does not take MasterCard. Kind of a weird card to not accept. However, the touch screens fi or purchasing game cards do. They just don't take American Express (more common). Of the four machines to purchase cards at, only one actually worked. The bar does have a nice selection of beer and well priced. It is interesting to me that you can't sit at the bar stools and order a drink from your spot. You have to get up and order at the register. Overall this place is fun. If you're looking for more of an arcade bar place, I suggest the Up Down. read more

I believe this is great way to use some otherwise wasted space in the mall. Round1 is set up a lot like Dave & Busters in that each game uses credits, and credits are stored on a reloadable card. Just be sure you do the math when adding funds. Their "best deal" is 160 credits for thirty dollars. Most of the games cost 8 credits meaning that you can play 20 games. This works out to $1.50 per game. While walking around it appeared that all games were the same number of credits which differs from D&B where they are all different. What D&B wins at though is a half-price day on Wednesday's where your money goes much further. There are plenty of arcade games to choose from and an extremely large number of crane games. At least 20 that I saw. Round1 also has a bowling alley which looks great and has couches instead of hard plastic chairs to sit in. The rub is the hours and fees. You can purchase 90 minutes or unlimited and depending on the time of day and what day it is, the prices vary. Shoes are extra. Also, if it becomes too busy, the unlimited bowling is capped at 3 hours. I think that if you plan correctly this place can be a lot of fun. I really missed Tine Out when it closed, so having an arcade in the mall brings back some happy nostalgic memories. I didn't actually play any games yet which is why I have ranked it a 4. We wanted to have a nice night out drinking and arcade games.. we took a $30 uber ride here, spent $45 on a game card.. round the corner and they have the whole food and beverage area closed. They told us there was water fountains around the corner. We asked for a refund on the card because we didn't want to stay and was from out of town and they refused. All of this after initially calling ahead to make sure they were open. Also every game is crazy expensive. read more

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I (20) have taken my brother (15) here for a few years cuz it used to be the best arcade around. They currently have a policy that nobody under 25 can bring someone under 18 in because they serve liquor in the back. So nobody under 21 is allowed in. Ruins the entire point of an arcade for kids. just ID people if they try to buy alcoho. Will never be returning. read more

My parents planned for us to go here today for our twenty first birthday. They paid 500 bucks for EVERYTHING. Food didn't come out until an hour later than it was supposed to. Had a few drinks but at one point when everyone wanted another one, we waited for 40 fucking minutes and nobody came. When my sister followed the manager and asked for some help, he threatened to call the cops on her????? MY FAMILY PAID MONEY FOR THIS. For the most part it was pretty awesome, winning prizes and having a good time playing games with my girlfriend... My girlfriend and I walked back inside, after dropping our prizes in the car... After walking back inside, we were then stopped by 2 security guards... Who preceded to have us empty our pockets and get scanned down by a metal detector. For one this is a family environment and for no reason we were picked out... And detained, for no reason at all! I spoke with the manager neftari, who justified it by saying that people brought in weapons about a year ago. There was no justification for it and he tried to make it sound as if they were scanning everyone. Showing an ID is one thing, but too have everything out of your pockets, your ID check and being metal detected based on no reasoning.... I'm not going through an airport, I'm not going through any military facility, I'm not going overseas... But with no justification, why was I and my girlfriend picked out of everyone that was coming in? Not to mention, we're over 10 years older than the security guards that were at that door. There is only one justification that I can see, ignorant or not but we'll just call it race... After going back inside and talking with store manager neftari, we ended up leaving for the night. Those same security guards were outside, swearing back and forth, friendly banter I'm sure. But the ignorant language and knowing that there are still children presents... Definitely uncalled for and definitely disrespectful! I've been a manager, for over 17 years and if my employees articulated in that manner, they would be sent home immediately and if it happened again, they would be terminated!. read more

I've experienced racism from individuals before but never from an establishment. I was denied to prepay to reserve a happy hour room. I love this place! I've been coming here since they first opened. The building is huge and full of so many games. There's a section for bowling, video games, lots of claw games to win stuffed animals, photo booth, pool tables, food, and separate party rooms for events. I feel like they're always updating their games with more, which is great. I LOVE their photo booths they have! They offer so many different and cool options for pictures that print out for memories and ones you can edit yourself to make your photos look cooler. The atmosphere is really fun but can sometimes get too crowded depending on the night. I like that after a certain time you're only allowed to be 21 and older to be in there. The staff is friendly, however, at times they can be understaffed which can be frustrating because they close their food sections early when it's supposed to be open until 2am as they advertise. The reward section of the place has unique items you can choose once you win a certain amount of "tickets" (they're on the card not physical ones) but it would be nice if they would upgrade their candy section. There is sometimes too many of the same candy to pick from in each bucket. It would be nice if they swap the multiples with other types of candy. The games seem to take a lot of points just to play them so sometimes I feel like I'm spending more to refill the game card than I would at other places. The games are a lot of fun though and there's unique ones that aren't at other arcade places which I like too. This place only serves beer, wine, Mikes Hard lemonade, or sake. No hard liquor. Their food is really good!! The wings are to die for, the Cajun seasoning you can add to your fries is so good, and the pizza tastes great when it's eaten right away/fresh out the oven. They have .99 ice cream and it comes with a good serving size and options to choose from. When ordering a beer they have A LOT of selections and the prices for them are really cheap! I love that they offer cold cups as well. I also like that they now can do digital game cards just in case you leave your game card at home. My opinion - if you're looking for a low key local place with fun games, good food, and if you're in the mood for a large variety of beers to try and have for a great price you should definitely try this place out! The claw games are a lot of fun to play. There are two prong claw games and the standard four claw ones. You should try it out for a date night or just a fun night with friends. Expectation level: Noisy....?? Seriously? It's an arcade people. Go find a Starbucks if that's an issue. I have to admit this place brings back a few memories of the late 90s. Probably one of the better arcades I've found in recent memory. Pros: -Even just walking in the door it reminds me of the good old days of stepping in the arcade at Christmas time when mom and dad would go shopping around the mall when I was a kid. This is one thing this place got right over a Dave and Busters or even a Chuckee Cheese. A+ on environment. -Solid selection of pinball! I could go for hours on those - Want a drink? Beer is available. - Plenty of space for a young crew of kids or teens to congregate. Don't go starting fights in there. Just enjoy the atmosphere :) Cons: -After the nostalgia, place doesn't offer much. Never been much for ticket games and sadly takes away 50% of the potential enjoyment -Some of the game set ups feel like cheap emulators. An increasing problem in arcades these days. -Arcades generally aren't cheap. Just the way it is people. Bottom line: -At age 17 I would have ate this place up. Heck I would anywhere from age 5-21. At over 40, well.... its still a fun stop, and if I was in the area, I'd say why not? read more

This is the Best Place for Adults...The have everything from pool tables to bowling and the prices was reasonable. They even have a full bar with hot food you could order. The place is huge wall to wall with games. The also have 2 huge parties rooms. With lounge chairs and a big tv. You have to see how clean and big this place is. It's definitely a place for a night out with a group or yourself. The only con I have is the bowling shoes they only go up to a size 16 and I wear a size 18. My 3-year-old's hand was mangled in a conveyor belt in their Bean Bag Toss game. I have been trying for a year to get Round One to either replace or just remove the machine so no other child will get hurt. Yes Covid happened during that time so I didn't expect immediate action, but the bottom line is, Round One is now open again and this game is still there (although moved into a corner), turned on and just waiting to flatten another kid's hand. If I had not been standing very near my child so I could immediately yank his hand out, I can't imagine how much worse his injury would have been. It would be so easy for this company to remove or replace this machine but they refuse to do so. (I have talked to both the onsite managers and their district manager MULTIPLE times.) This company DOES NOT CARE about your child's safety. Disgusting! read more

1st time yesterday! Took our son to have a family time. Surprisingly, we enjoyed our time. Although, we only utilized their Billiard area, the rest of the place poffered much more. There are a couple of private party rooms; billiards; bowling; tons of arcade; food; and their prizes for ticket games were surprisingly pretty decent! Customer service: was decent... Customers: Kids, teens, adults, and families just seems to be having fun! Environment: Appears safe with security guards... Con: In the info counter to pay for your desired game (e.g billiards), they advertised they have "PING PONG" and it was initially what we wanted to do, but they don't offer it??? False advertisement! Other than the latter, we'll be coming back! 9/8/19 So, I called to make reservations today for a renting one of the rooms. I spoke to one of the staff and asked for their name; however, the employee stated it is "confidential." I thought that was strange??? Spoke to the manager, Sebastian, he stated some employees choose to keep their names confidential when speaking to their customers because "something" might happen???? Now, I am having 2nd thoughts about this establishment. Maybe it is best to take my business to Dave & Buster. Seems a little more organized and legitimate over there. read more

Round1 is very noisy, and it annoyed me right off the bat because there is a $2 charge deducted from the little, plastic cards used for token and ticket credits for 'purchase' of the 2 cent card. We put $10 on the card and didn't stay too long. There are a lot of games, which is nice, plus bowling. I think it will be a nice, though expensive, addition to the mall. read more

To start with website states hours 11 am opening. Get there and on the door says opening at 2 pm. We came back to find it was a Total RIP off. The claw machines do not have any tension to hold item. Worse machines I have seen in my life. I was literally sick we spent money here. A couple of times the claw would close bv before even reaching the pile. (Not an employee in sight to assist). Our kids always are successful on these machines and they did not even come close on the machines here. read more

We have gone to round 1 and they are literally closed. The signs on the door state that they are open from 10am-2am. Lines of people are waiting to get in and no employees are inside and no one answers the phone. So, lesson learned. This time we called the night before so we knew about their covid restrictions and what time they actually open. Person who answered was friendly and told us 10am-2am. Arrive at 1015 like they told us and once again, no employees, doors are locked, and no one answers the phone. People waiting to get in who are all really upset. Heard that there have been multiple fights a week between "adult" patrons during the later hours. Don't waste your time going here. read more

I was here a couple weeks ago with my daughter and was asked to leave right away because of the type of face covering I was wearing. I choose to wear a clear plastic shield because my daughter sometimes looks to my face for comfort in situations she's not sure about. Since she's not talking yet that's also how she communicates with me at times. It wasn't like I was refusing to were a face covering, I just had one that was different and they didn't like that. Since they don't accept people who have special needs I will not be returning here. read more
