Delicious and tenor serving they have a very nice event space upstairs. The staff were very nice. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start. Claw machines labeled as skill based that don't close still or the duck machine where it's not play til you win and the claw doesn't even drop low enough to grab anything. They also use the ripoff game card system most arcades do now, so more often you can't use all your credits. Advertises $5 for 20 credits, but then only gave 19 (probably a new game card fee). They were being kicked out due to being heavily discriminated. Their security and servers were rudely laughing, mocking, and having bad attitudes towards teenagers. These kids have never been in trouble. They were making purchases. These are not the type of kids that go around start fights and causing trouble. Some kids had game cards they couldn't even finish. The manager was no help. I was told one of the servers threatened the kids. I tried calling and no one answered. Another parent was hung up on. I hope corporate sees this and give a better training to their staff. I also hope they can find a better manager that can respect their customers better. Everyone had a blast playing laser tag! 7000 sq feet / 2 floors and lots of rooms and obstacles. We were incredibly competitive and had SO MUCH FUN. The equipment and setup were great - the staff was friendly and awesome to work with. We can't beat the location - Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Highly recommend this place! 10 out of 10!! Thank you Battle Company - we will be back!
