Let me tell you, that was not an easy task. I found this place, gave it a shot and was amazed. They are hands down the best place I have been to since moving to Colorado. I've never been happier. I walked in, was greated with a friendly hello. Quickly given a seat. The tech who did my nails was gently, no cuts from the files, my nails are all even and beautiful. I Found a great nail tech here named Anna. I haven't had my nails done in years, and on the spur of the moment I decided to treat myself to a manicure today. Based on all the good reviews , and the fact that I live so close, I tried out this salon and I was quite pleased with the results! Anna was pleasant and helpful, she did a beautiful job with my nails and a good job explaining what shellac was. I opted not to go with the shellac this time to save a few bucks, but I appreciated her explaining to me what it was used for ; ) I would go back here, and I would recommend it to a friend. I have been here 4 times. First time I was pleased and my nails looked great. 2nd time, my nails looked ok, but lifted almost immediately. 3rd time I asked them to fix my lifting nails. I showed them a receipt proving I had been there within the last couple days. They hesitantly fixed my nails. Last time was 8 days ago. I've had FOUR nails completely break off within 8 days. Got my nails done here over a month ago and they turned out great. I did Shellac for the first time and they had a wide assortment of colors to choose from. The reason I mentioned when I got the service done is because the shellac still looks great even after all that time! The only reason I need to get them redone is because my nails have grown out so much since my last appointment that it looks funny now and I cannot get the shellac to peel of chip off! Only issue for me was that I had an appointment for 6 pm and my nails weren't started until 6:45. Other than that, great experience! read more

Great place. I've lived basically around the corner for a year and had no idea it was hiding next to Buffalo Wild Wings until today. I hadn't had a mani or pedi in forever, so I decided it was time to splurge. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was taken care of immediately. Khanh was my nail tech and she was lovely -- not a bit of attitude about the sorry state my nails were in. So far, so good! Friendly technicians and spa chairs that still work. Like most places I've been to, they could use some updates to their nail color selection but otherwise this place is very nice. I used to go to Sky Nails just a block down, but I really prefer the ambiance here. And no one is constantly trying to up sell me the whole time! Totally worth a try! read more

I have been to a lot of nail salons and this is by far the WORST place I have ever been to. When we walked in it was empty, my friend wanted a shellac pedicure and I wanted a shellac manicure. I asked if we could sit together which I didn't think would be a big deal since we were the only 2 customers in the entire salon but they said no, they couldn't do my nails by the pedicure chairs. Not a huge deal but it would of been nice to be able to talk to my friend while we were there since she drove 45 min from Fort Collins to spend the day with me. My shellac manicure was terrible. To start, the lady who did my nails was so harsh when she was buffing them my skin above my cuticle area was bleeding on 3 different fingers. She didn't even bother to acknowledge it or apologize. I asked her to just file my nails but she cut them so short they actually hurt. Also my right hand was cut and filed completely to different length and shape. I had to ask her 3x to correct them so they were all the same length. When it came time to paint my nails she put so many coats of the color (I think 4) that it looks extremely thick on my nails and also sort of bumpy and uneven. You'd think it ends there but no....It gets worse. You'd think that since it is her career to do nails she would at least be able to apply the shellac correctly but she couldn't even do that. I guess she was never taught to color inside the lines as a child. She applied the shellac all over my nail up onto the top and sides of my cuticle and on to my skin. My 14 month old daughter could have done a better job. Because she applied the shellac to the nail AND my cuticles and skin on almost every single nail they have already started to peel. (It's only been one day) Needless to say I will never come here again and suggest that anyone considering coming here should put on their running shoes and run for the hills as fast as you can. read more

There should be an option with NO STARS. I am really upset with the way I was treated here. The guy was very rude and rough with my hand if he needed me to bend it or move it more. There was absolutely no interaction or friendliness what so ever. Then, he charges me $13 just to change the polish which was regular polish. Watch out for the pricing because it went from "$7.00" and UP TO 13! Ridiculous, I may as well have gotten a rebase. They are very rude here. I will not go here again. read more

I went to this nail salon because a friend recommended it to me. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I was getting acrylic rebase with shellac. I was excited because they have so many colors to choose from and i chose a beautiful color but the man doing my nails was awful! He was rough with my hands and the acrylic is not consistent. Every other nail is thick while the others are thin. I never speak up while getting my nails done but i had no choice. I told him one nail in particular was extremely thick so instead of him evening it out with the drill on top he flipped my hand over and drilled from underneath, over and over and over again! It's so drilled from underneath that you can feel the high arch in the nail. I then pointed out a nail that is so thin you can bend the acrylic (acrylic is not to bend) instead of adding to it he took the file and made it even more thin. I wanted out of the chair but i figured i should wait till it was done to see what they looked like, BIG MISTAKE! Instead of painting the whole hand and placing the hand inside the UV lamp he would paint one or two fingers at a time and then place it inside the lamp. He'd take my hand out before the light was even done and then start another two fingers, it did not make sense! My right hand then got stuck in the paper that you place your hand on and ruined a nail and he was unbelievably rude when i showed him the paper stuck to my nail. The whole experience was miserable and i would never recommend the place to someone. It's unfortunate you have such an awful experience somewhere and still have to pay full price for a service that was terrible! read more

I have been coming here for 5 years plus and have pleased mostly every time. I was in there last night for a Gel Manicure for a wedding that I am in this weekend. I had an appointment at 5:30 and got sat about 15 minutes late. The lady who worked on me, didn't introduce herself or even acknowledge that I was sitting there and that she was working on me. She started the manicure and as she was clipping my cuticles, she cut me, BAD. A chunk off the side of my finger is gone. I pulled my finger back and said ouch. Never once did she even acknowledge that she had cut me as I continued to bleed. I even told her that she had cut me and she ignored the fact that she had and proceeded with what she was doing. Later on, she asked if I wanted a design and after showing her multiple pictures of the design I wanted done, she did a very poor job of what it looked like. I told her as she started on one nail that I didn't want it like that and she continued anyway. I am not satisfied at all with the service from last night and now my nails look awful for the wedding. I will not be coming back here and will make sure to tell all my friends that I highly recommend that they do not come back. read more
