My nail tech, Chloe, has excelled at trimming cuticles, and shaping my nails! I feel that for the price, I receive very good quality and care. I also leave feeling like I was heard, and receiving exactly what I wanted from my service! That being said, I do believe you could pay more for a higher quality manicure. My dip nails started to crack after a week, and my builder gels nails don't have as much of an apex or uniform shaping. I think working with the same nail consistently could improve these issues. At the same time, I've paid $60-70 with one set including 2 nail designs and multiple colors. Pro tip: book your appointment online {review no. 1 in 2026}

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!…read more Above and beyond customer service and business practices. I hesitated to call and ask for a correction, but I decided this spa deserved a second chance due to the fantastic customer service I received. Mimi, the owner, made the correction and exceeded my initial expectations. The woman who initially did my manicure was apologetic and kind upon seeing me the second time, with no awkwardness. I have never seen such calm and focused multitasking skills. Mimi has over 30 years of experience, and it shows. While meticulously painting the "ballerina slipper" white across the tips of my nails, she's answering phones, greeting customers, and being an attentive mother. Sunshine is not a hoity-toity spa where the polish is organic, the wallpaper is made of hemp. Sunshine is a family-owned business and family, is the heart of their business. I will definitely be back! Thank you Mimi!

I paid around $100 for my nails, and I've been trying to live with them for the past three days, but they look so bad that I'm actually going to another nail salon today to have them fixed. I even helped remove my old nails before she started because she was having difficulty removing them, yet I was still charged for the removal. I also asked if we could do a specific design, which was simply cheetah print and some lines, and was told they couldn't do it because they didn't have the supplies. I completely understand if a salon doesn't offer a particular design, but the quality of the nails I received was still extremely disappointing. Honestly, my 12-year-old niece could have done a better job. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for a salon I otherwise enjoy for hair, but for nearly $100, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I would not recommend getting your nails done here.
