The previous owners of the house were already using them for propane service, and for the past 5 years, I've been given no reason to switch to a competitor. They come regularly to deliver my propane and leave the bill, I pay the bill, world keeps on spinning. I've only called them a handful of times, but each time, I was greeted warmly; never have I encountered a rude person on the other end of the line. Today, I had a technician over to perform an A/C tune-up. Couldn't have been a nicer guy. He was polite, professional, and got the job done without incident. From what I can tell, my A/C is working great, so mission accomplished. To summarize, while others might have had a negative experience with Propane Plus, I've not once had a problem with their service or their employees. Even though I was on automatic fill-up, I was at a quarter of a tank and a big storm was forecast so I phoned Petro in advance to request the tank be filled. They didn't come, they didn't call, and after a half hour on hold, finally advised me to put diesel from the gas station in my tank and permitted me to phone another company. I called several and no one would help because they were flat out with their regular customers. Only Taber took pity and fit me in their schedule. They came immediately and charged me a very reasonable price. When Petro showed up five days later, able to only to top off the tank since Taber had filled it, they charged me nearly twice as much per gallon, stating that because I hadn't locked in a price, I was at the mercy of their going rate. I was saved by Taber and not taken advantage of--what more could one ask for? I am a dedicated customer for life!

Hit or miss experience with Roia appliance company. We used them twice for different issues. One…read morewas for the washing machine and the other for dishwasher. The first time, we called them because our Samsung washing machine was leaking. They found the problem and thought they'd fixed it but it still kept happening. So they came back for no additional fee and fixed another part that eventually fixed the problem. They charged 150$ for the diagnostic fee. The second time, we called them because our kitchen aid dishwasher was not working. They charged 150$ for the diagnostic fee again and said the motherboard was fried after a power surge, and that the part was unavailable for months. We called kitchen aid and had one of their contracted technicians come few weeks later. They said that something was wrong with the motor pump. They said both parts were available, and they'd have the motor pump fixed in a week's time. Only thing was we had to pay for their labor again and for the part time. So totally, we ended up spending 600$ and could've bought a new machine itself. Overall, they respond quickly and send someone out fairly soon. Sometimes they're helpful, other times not.

I recently had an issue with my mini split, and I called for a service. I was told to service the unit the cost would be between $159 and $250. The service person came and went, no information was provide on the service he perform expect to say it was a deep clean. A few weeks later I received the bill in the mail for $380, well that is way more than what was told to me. The bill also did not have any details on the service performed, the bill states a "Tune Up Ductless". When I spoke to the person who handles the billing, she said that is the price and sorry I was told something different. She did offer to deduct $25. Also the office person said the credit card they have on file is no longer valid, I did not even know they had my credit card still on file and never gave permission to charge without my knowledge. This is terrible customer service and a dishonest business. When a price is given every effort should be made to honor that price and if it is going to be substantially more like, in my case, then that should be told up front prior to work being started.

To say we are happy and greatful is an understatement. I've never ever put a review on any other experience because they all have been just average , good but not anything like this where I'm overly impressed with entire experience from start till finish. They were the most polite ,easy to get along with people I've ever met to tell you the truth. They were overly fair pricing .
