They went above and beyond to deal with a situation at our house that required the tanks to be moved and the insufficient copper runs (installed by the house flippers) to get completely replaced. They handled dealing with the town inspector and even dropped off a temporary tank to make sure we had no disruption to hot water while everything got figured out. I was very happy with how thorough they were to make sure everything was up to code and handled as "pretty" as two large tanks can be :) When I was shopping around I found that the prices at Eastern Propane were considerably cheaper than the previous chosen company the previous owner (flipper) had chosen. Akin to highway robbery if you ask me. I've met the delivery driver a few times and he also is very pleasant and welcoming. I feel like I'm in good hands and happy to be a customer!

I made an automatic bill pay mistake with my bank, resulting in AI&O receiving a large sum of $…read morewhich they credited to the next customer at my old address. Initially I was told to get the $ from the customer myself. What??!!?? After writing a professional business letter acknowledging my mistake, the response was not businesslike, insufficient and bordered on rude, lacking an explanation why the refund requested was short $250. Upon next communication as I believed they still had more of my money, their response was "I won't hold my breath for a letter of apology from you." They included a copy of a statement which alleged this sum had been returned to my bill pay provider. That should have come with the refund they had sent. BUT, THEY CHOSE TO BE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL INSTEAD. Here's my public apology: I am sorry you are too rude to do business with and will never transfer my business from another oil company to Attleboro Oil & Ice. Partially my loss as well because your service department is outstanding and my current oil company's service department is awful.
