The big job was custom lighting. I've built in bookcases in my living room, three shelves, and Moises installed accent lighting in the top two shelves. We love it! I highly recommend Moises and DoCanto for your residential electrical needs! I will certainly use DoCanto again!

Mind you I had spent over $30,000 with this company! I called to complain about the horrible job his crew did with recess lighting and that they should come and fix, he blamed it on the "other" guy. I blew it off and hired someone else to fix it, which cost more money.. 3 years later my mini split has completely come down. I reached out in hopes someone can come fix it. What do you know, they no longer install mini splits and apparently I am passed my "warranty period".That was the response I got. So once again I have to hire someone else to fix their mistakes! I wish I could add pics to show the work that was done! I would second guess hiring them and get other quotes as well..

I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Cape Cod Cleaning Systems…read more From the second I walked in, the place was a complete disaster--filthy, cluttered, and totally unprofessional. It looked more like a hoarder's garage than a legitimate business. They shoved my nearly new pressure washer into a pile of equipment like it was junk. The mechanics were completely incompetent. I clearly explained the issue--it was over-pressuring and needed an unloader valve--but they had no idea what they were doing. Instead of listening, they made ignorant comments about it possibly becoming a "boat anchor." That alone told me everything I needed to know. They refused to provide a drop-off receipt, which is unacceptable. After a full week of zero communication, I called and got brushed off. That's when I decided to go pick it up myself. What I walked into was unbelievable. My machine was sitting on a forklift, hanging off the edge, with the electrical cord ripped off. Then they claimed it wouldn't start--meanwhile, they had removed the very trigger switch that allows the machine to run. When I pointed that out, they just stood there clueless. This place is the definition of careless, disrespectful, and unqualified. They damaged my equipment, wasted my time, and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Do not trust these people with your property.

They job was done, done correctly and my home was brought up to code... or so I thought. Months later, I found out the inspection was never completed due to John leaving part of the scope of the job off the initial permit. The wire inspector informed John Hurley to pull a separate permit for the troubleshooting. Simple fix, right? NOPE. Instead, John informed me the only way he'll pull a permit if I paid him for to swap out the breakers he installed with breakers that are to code (remember, I paid him to bring the condo up to code originally... now it's not to code? Weird) When I asked why wasn't the new panel up to code in the first place if he knew it wouldn't pass inspection, he told me to lose his number. Beware. Do not hire.

I called them when my Bosch dishwasher gave the dreaded E15 error code. They gave me an appointment surprisingly fast, and the technician Ernie arrived exactly when he told me he would. Ernie actually had to order a part and return a second time to install it, and I can't say enough great things about how professional he was.
