Worth every penny! The office and crew were fantastic. The crew all wore shoe coverings and did meticulous work! The crew lead, Steve, even showed me the before and after photos... I was shocked to see what had accumulated over the years! Thanks again for the great work and look forward to having them back in 3 to 5 years to assess the ducts. read more

I was informed that I had a bunch of black mold in my attic. They cleaned up some of the mold and the vents. (Initially they said it would be $75 extra, but they charged $200 extra) They did not cover the vents in my home initially so the toxins blew into my home. I have felt unwell ever since they did the work. I've had 2 remediation companies come by who stated they should not have cleaned the vents and it should have been remediated before any vent cleaning. Buyer/ homeowners beware if you care about your health and want honesty about the charges. read more

We were considering replacing our central air conditioning system and had already gotten numerous quotes to do so. However our handyman suggested we first get our ducts cleaned and repaired and recommended American Clean Air as the only company he knew of that would actually repair or reconnect the ducts. The American Clean Air team was great to work with from the highly responsive Jeannine who answered emails and questions quickly and efficiently to Jason and his team who cleaned, rebalanced, reconnected and repaired such that our system is working much better now and we are no longer considering replacement. Jason took the time to explain what was happening with our system and gave us recommendations on how to increase the cold air to our second floor. Would highly recommend them! read more

They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! I don't know who I was texting with in the end. They quoted me $100. The two workers arrived right on time, were very polite, and did a beautiful job! However, they spoke no English and used a phone app to communicate. (You speak into the phone, they read the Portuguese that's generated, then they speak into the phone and it spits out English. Who knows how accurate it is.) I lived in a foreign country for 6 years and while I wasn't fluent, I had basic proficiency in the language... admittedly I worked in an industry where people spoke English, but for day-to-day things I was glad I could read and handle basic conversations. (This was pre-smart phone.) I'd love to hire Rose's Cleaning for their organizing service, but can't imagine how you'd do that with someone you couldn't talk to. They get good reviews for that, so maybe I'll try it. I'm skeptical but interested. If all you need is cleaning it probably doesn't matter that you can't communicate without a phone translator. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. Only a few days later, Scott (the owner) and his crew installed a high-quality dual-lined stainless steel chimney liner that perfectly addressed the draft problem by improving airflow and boosting overall safety and efficiency. The work was clean, professional, and completed quickly - they left everything spotless, no mess at all. Our burner now draws beautifully and burns efficiently. We're thrilled with the results and the great customer service. As stated earlier, Scott, the owner, even came out and worked on our project.
