They charged me $129 just to look at it and then another $125 to replace the part plus the $66.70 for the part. I go to get in the car start up. Now I have no air conditioner My front windows don't work. I bring it up to the manager they said they'll fix it and look at it. One day goes by they hadn't touched the car. The second day it goes by and they call me up first thing in the morning and say your car is fine I go in and they just said it worked when we started it so you don't know what you're talking about. Take a video. How do you take a video of AC not working? I understand the window they can see me press down. The issue is that their service manager was there the day it happened and saw that everything was not working. So I should not have to take a video because they saw it with their own eyes. Basically what they were saying get out out of here if something happens come back and will do nothing again but charge you $129 to look at your car. She actually told me I could put the fob down and she charged me $129. She was rude obnoxious and didn't listen to reason whatsoever. She had her it didn't work for us so we can't do anything about it. But it didn't work when you had possession of the car so you should've fixed it then. They have major issues. Will never go back there again no matter what. I recommend that no one ever goes back to that place for service. And I hope that no one ever buys a car from them again. That place needs to go out of business.

I was forced to go to a dealership because they had the tools to do the job, which my local car repair did not. 2) When I wanted to get a detailed summary of why the cost was so much, I could not get anyone to talk to me or call me back soon. They put me on hold, they sent me to voice mail, finally a store manager came on the line and got on to ME for being upset because their was only one man working the service line and I should just be more patient (he implied the patience I should have). It is hard to be patient when you've just been told your repair would be 3480.00 with NO understanding of why! 3) Anyone who is not in the know about car repairs at the dealership must be given a heads up about what they charge for labor: approx. 295.00/hour! This is common courtesy! 4) I was so upset the man who was running the service line (by himself) said they would give me something off. When I got there to pick up my car, the cashier knew nothing about this promise. Again, I was upset at the poor treatment. Also, I see a sign that says "a 3% charge for any debit or credit card used, 3.00 for every 100.00." Again, a hardship, since when does a company with big repair costs ask their customers to pay extra just to use a credit/debit card? I ended up getting a 10% discount, because I demanded they make good on what I was told. This was helpful for sure, but I wondered at why I had to be put through all the stress and high costs in order to get 10% off. If you come to this business, be ready for a huge bill and lots of stress.

This year we had some minor cosmetic issues with the vehicle. I was told the parts were on back order for a long time, but come to find out they actually got them a month or so after they were ordered. No big deal. We got an appointment and got it fixed quickly. A few weeks ago our sunroof literally exploded for no reason. We originally tried to go through the Kia dealership in Clarksville since that's where we live, but we went around in circles with them and corporate. During the appointment where the minor cosmetic damage was fixed, I mentioned the sunroof to Maggie. I didn't ask her to help me because I figured going around in circles with a dealership was normal, so I was prepared to let that process run its course. After my cosmetic issue was fixed, I go in to sign paperwork, and Maggie was like "hey I got approval from Kia to go ahead and replace that sunroof free of charge, so I went ahead and ordered the glass. I'll let you know when it arrives and we can set up and appointment to get it fixed." ..... I was surprised to say the least. The thing that was taking our local dealership days and days to even respond to phone calls and emails about took Maggie at Greenway Kia Rivergate 2 hours to figure out... Upon further inspection, I found a hole in the driver's side floorboard. My trunk opens even when the car is locked and I have to simply hope no stranger discovers it. They have smooth, fast talking people in there that signed me up for every unnecessary service that comes out of my car note so now I'm paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month with about $98 total going to my actual balance. This car is literally impossible to pay off, and I'm thinking about driving into their front window and doing a tuck roll out the car before it hits and leaving it there. Just kidding, of course.
