You should literally never, EVER purchase a car here. Especially if you're in desperate need of a car, because they will salivate. It's my fault that I didn't take my time with this, but these predators sold me a car with a backup camera that does not beep when you are getting close to something, and a lock system that does not sound the horn when I lock the car. Upon further inspection, I found a hole in the driver's side floorboard. My trunk opens even when the car is locked and I have to simply hope no stranger discovers it. They have smooth, fast talking people in there that signed me up for every unnecessary service that comes out of my car note so now I'm paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month with about $98 total going to my actual balance. This car is literally impossible to pay off, and I'm thinking about driving into their front window and doing a tuck roll out the car before it hits and leaving it there. Just kidding, of course. But, that's how frustrating it is knowing that they got me. Once again, my fault for not doing my due diligence. But I do want to warn anybody else who may see this as a viable option. Go anywhere but here. They have you ring a gong when your purchase is complete- that is the Gong of Death. read more

terrible terrible experience, i guess i should have checked these reviews before going here as i see others have dealt the predatory business practices here too. worked with alexa to view a car that was almost perfect, but didn't have everything. she was pushy but i gave her the benefit of the doubt as car salespeople are notoriously known for this and i appreciated dealing with a woman. that car didn't work out, but i was excited to have her in my corner eager to make a sale and keep her eye out for something else that would be a good fit. this all took a turn when i sent screenshots of my carvana trade in offer, and instead of just admitting they couldn't match and moving on, she took my VIN from screenshots and put it in carvana with different details to drop my offer, so theirs went from significantly lower to significantly higher. disgusting business practices, now my carvana quote is diminished because of course she used my specific car details and overrode my original quote. really disappointing they would stoop to the level of sabotaging my deal somewhere else just to make a sale. i was even considering selling my car with carvana for the higher trade in as she had suggested so i could still work with her, but now i can't even do that. this is exactly why i avoid used car dealerships like this, sleazy sleazy. read more

Matt Carnes. Is a wonderful human being. Everyone I've dealt with at this location has been a great help to me. I visited a Firestone that was going to try to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to fix a bearing and put new brakes on my sedan, and this was after putting 4 new tires on as well. This was painful to think about at best - and this all was going down as I was moving. So the money felt like it was flying out of my bank account. Terrifying. I called Enterprise to ask and see if anything I did with them when I purchased my car TWO YEARS ago would cover these repairs (other than wear and tear). We discovered I didn't have an extended warranty (which I thought I had?) and I was relying on my own auto insurance. I thought, it's a 2014 model, it should be okay. But it wasn't. Matt suggested I visit the Rivergate Firestone and he would talk to one of the mechanics he knew and have them do another assessment. Matt basically told me that before I okay the repairs and the quote they give at Firestone, to email him. I did. He made a phone call. I went to get my car and I checked out and discovered that they discounted my service and Firestone even gave me a deal on everything since I'd had a not so great experience at the other location. Talk about service. I HIGHLY recommend working with anyone at Enterprise. Kody at the Rivergate Firestone is a sweetheart. I promise that you all will not be disappointed. I was shown a white 2021 Nissan Altima that failed to start. At that point, I should have walked out, but I took Kyle's word on his reassurance of "certified vehicles" and a 30-day guarantee (which is not in writing, so that was my fault for falling for that blowing smoke to get a sale tactic) that if anything happens, they'll make it right. I'll get into that later. Anyway, instead of walking away after that, I gave the sales associate Kyle a second chance to show me another car; even after neglecting to call/email me that the car I had my eyes on online was no longer available, he waited for me to call while I was halfway there, please mind you I live an hour away from this dealership thus Kyle insured me that he has a lot of other cars that would be great for considering and not to have a narrow eye on other vehicles so I continue down to his dealership in many cases wasting my time looking at cars I did not even really want from the beginning however Kyle did not want to lose a sale so I can only assume he did what any hungry car salesman would do and play the situation into his favor. This brings me to the part regarding "30 days make it right" I was talking about earlier. Before buying the car, I had told him we needed a reliable vehicle because we were going up to Minnesota for a funeral the following day; at no point did this spark concern for the 30 days make it-right vocal promises he made, so we continued the sale and don't get me wrong at this point I was happy and confident with the purchase because I trusted Kyles word he was giving me a good deal I thought why would he lead me astray however after about a day I noticed a grinding noise when I used the brake I assumed it was nothing since I know nothing about cars and why would a certified car have problems just a day later also I had no choice but keep the car since I needed it to go to Minnesota as stated before. So I dealt with the grinding until it got so bad after just three weeks of owning the $18,000 2021 blue Nissan Altima. I finally said this was not right, so I decided to see if Kyle would honor his vocal promise to make things right. Oh, how wrong I was because when I called, he asked how many miles I put on it, so I was honest and said 3000 miles; this blew his mind even after I told him where I was going with the car just weeks before. At this point, Kyle puts me on hold, and after about 4 minutes, he comes back to tell me that I put too many miles on the car and the people at his dealership would basically tell him not to honor his promises to make it right even though the promise was days specific not miles. However, Kyle did suggest getting the car looked at, and then letting him know what the problem was, and calling him back. So I did just that, and what I found out was that they reused the old rotors but put new brakes on, resulting in abnormalities in the brakes such as deforming the brakes and rotors. After getting this information from Honest1 Auto I called Kyle this time I wanted to talk to the manager to see if they could be more honorable however I don't remember the Managers name but he said that he would put in an email and get back to me. 2 hours pass by so I call the manager back to see what's the current status of the email reply he coincidentally responded that he was just about to call me and tell me I would need to have the shop that installed the brakes look at the vehicle and even then they might not cover the job to fix it because I must have abused the brakes so at this point I had enough and told him to stop talk because I don't need my time wasted well he beats around the bush that they are not honoring Kyle verbal promises to make things right. Also forgot to add Kyle said the car has carplay and map/GPS that was a lie or an indication that the sales reps don't know what they're selling I even told the manager about this the day after he said he would call me back and never did. Enterprise has always been a great place to rent from though they tend to be a bit more expensive than what I pay at another rental company. I usually rent from the airport or Brentwood location and have always received good vehicles that are super clean. My most recent rental was chosen by my insurance company while my car was in for repairs. It gave me a location off of Nolensville rd. Staff was super friendly so I give them kudos for their professionalism and good customer service. Only down part was the car I received was dirty inside. It looked like someone had their dog in the car and it left muddy paw prints on one of the seats in the back and dirt on some other areas of the car. It also had a funny smell. Normally I would say something up front and ask for another car but I needed to get on the road and since it was only for a few days I dealt with it. read more

I was so excited for my new car. The deal was signed and I just needed to come in and give them my agreed upon down payment $500 which was listed in the contract that they sent me. I called to confirm and according to my salesman and sales manage......the agreement that they send is inaccurate. That is not acceptable. If you want to have car sales online for big purchases online.......then they need to be accurate. I passed up several deals thinking this one was locked and I just had to drive to Nashville to pick it up. (which is 4 hours away). According to the manager yes I was approved for the car......which I got in writing showing my down payment not mean anything. They wanted a deposit of 5000-7000. What a scheme......let people get excited and want their caarssss and then want more money. If I were you I would go Anywhere else to buy a car. read more

Great customer experience! The staff, especially the sales person, was very knowledgeable and provided an answer to every question we had about a vehicle. The car lot had multiple options for buying a used vehicle and they provide certified preowned products! They provide extended warranty and financing as well! The start to finish process went smoothly and we left the same day with my daughters "new" SUV. I looked at used car prices all over Nashville and never considered buying from a rental place until someone told me about their car sales. Their prices were haggle-free and lower than their competitors, they do not work on commission either so there was zero unwanted pressure to buy anything you didn't want. I also love that they are the only owner on all of their cars and have immaculate maintenance records from the day the car was purchased. Went in today to purchase a Ford Fusion that was at an out of state location. When I arrived, the person I had been contacting, Philip S. greeted me and was very courteous in introducing me to the way things work, which I was already pretty familiar with since I read it on the website. We proceeded to contact the facility where the Fusion was currently at and unfortunately it was already sold. Philip then looked over their inventory and made a recommendation for a similar vehicle that was on the lot. As this was occurring, he also submitted a trade in appraisal request to his manager for my car. Due to its age, they gave me a low offer and I told them that I'd rather try to sell the car myself. At this point, the manager started to tell me a story of how his buddy was also trying to sell his car by himself and the potential buyer ended up being a drunk, non-insured and suspended license individual who flipped the car and almost killed them both. Now Phil had told me they didn't have a commission based pay, but this suggests they probably have sales quotas to meet. I felt that the manager was trying to pressure me into making a purchase with this scare tactic and I did not like it. I like the cars, the pricing and quality seem cheaper than conventional dealers and on par with what other rental car sales companies offer but I would not recommend this branch location. read more

I walked in at 4:30 and drove off with my fully loaded 2012 Maxima (31k miles) by 6:30. And it would've been even faster if the banks replied right away, but it was a Saturday. I bought the 1st car I test drove. JP and Chris(?) were awesome. No over selling and really just let me decide. I'm an easy sale cause I hate shopping and too impulsive. But the guys at Enterprise knew this and just made the whole experience easy and I could tell they were trying everything to work on my behalf. Matthew the sales manager is an awful person. 1)Spoke about my 16 year old trade like it was beneath him. I keep cars till the wheels fall off but I do not need a nerdy used car salesman my investment is a piece of junk when I know this!! 2)My wife did not enjoy feeling Bullied when she did not want to purchase an 78000 mile warranty. The Hyundai had low miles and warranty left. Than bad mouth the Hyundai warranty....are you selling a car or a warranty. Kelli was great but Matthew needs a friend. I scheduled an appointment to see a car I was interested in. The car was actually better than I expected, and I might have purchased it except the sales people were snakes. Everything about my experience made me uncomfortable. First, my father was with me and obviously expected to go on the test drive with me. The sales person never said he had to be in the car--he just beat my dad to the car and didn't even address the fact there was no more room. While in the car he was probing about my career--he might as well asked, "so how much money do you make?" He also mentioned 2 other people were coming to look at the car that day. When we got back 2 other sales people mentioned 2 customers called to look at this car. They HEAVILY pushed their 7-day buy back program, but didn't volunteer the fees until I asked. When I made it clear I was not buy it until after I looked at another car I was interested in, they point out again 2 other people were looking at the car and "don't be mad if it's gone this afternoon." Honestly, they made the decision to pass on the car a much easier one than it otherwise would have been! The car was nice though. read more

I went into the Nashville location to test drive the Ford Fusion Hybrid, I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the ride was and how luxurious it felt. Matt and Phillip were both very helpful and informative. I came in with a pre-approved loan from my bank with a pretty good interest rate. To make sure I was happy with my new car payment, they were able to get me a better rate through one of their lenders. At the end of my visit I left with the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Had such an easy and enjoyable experience at this place. We had previously gone to one of the good, bad, no credit places being naive and they killed my credit and were really unprofessional so I went in a skeptic.. Certian they were going to give me the run around at any second... But Joseph Hopf and Matt Carnes where incredibly helpful. They got us an awesome deal that was shockingly painless. We drove away in no time and couldn't believe how nice they were and how easy it was. Never once did we feel any pressure or that we weren't in good hands. Where to start... First, JP is the BEST!!!!! You must go see him. I was super nervous about purchasing my car and he( and the entire Enterprise staff) made everything so easy and stress free. They were sweet about my near panic attack because I have never made a big purchase like this before. However, the answered all my questions no matter how silly they may have been. I was able to leave the same day with a car I love! I had a minor issue with one of my seats and JP quickly got me in to have it fixed.
