Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process wonderful. After we purchased the Terrain, my mom bought a vehicle from Mark as well! Will definitely go back to Mark if we are purchasing another vehicle in the future! I have also been a customer of Serra since 2022. Kim has been my service advisor since 2022, and she always takes care of my vehicles with great customer service. Highly recommend!

After spending $900+ they said it was fixed. Approximately a week later, same code, same problem. The technician who helped us the first time no longer works there. The new service person quoted $3k to fix it. They wanted to charge us for "diagnosis" but kindly waived the fee since we had already paid for it once before. Maybe its the car, but my spidey senses were telling me this was not the place for us. Our other car is a Toyota and their service department has been pretty epic, so I have to go with my gut. I don't think I would recommend this place for repairs. So if you know a good mechanic, let me know! I still have two more chevys that will need service soon.

    Philip Datillo (GM of Sales at Rhythm Jeep) admitted they don't know how to fix my daughter's car…read more-- then refused service. Avoid Rhythm Jeep & Philip Datillo! My daughter bought a certified pre-owned Jeep. It's been in their shop 6 times, and now Philip Datillo (GM of Sales) told us they're refusing to service it any longer. He admitted they don't know what's wrong and said not to bring it back -- even though the Service Manager (Gary) confirmed in writing that there IS an issue. They are fully aware the car has a safety problem but are washing their hands of it and sending her back on the road. When I asked to speak to the GM of the dealership, I waited over 4 hours in their lobby and got nothing but excuses and lies ("he's on a conference call" "we don't know where he is or if he's coming in today"). When Jeep corporate called on my behalf to speak to the service manager (Gary) she was told he was out to lunch. Philip told me that he was out of state at a funeral. This dealership has zero integrity, zero accountability, and zero concern for customer safety. Jeep corporate had to step in and send us elsewhere. If you value honesty and safety, stay FAR away from Rhythm Jeep and Philip Datillo. Nashville has other Jeep dealerships

They made it sound great. It covered so many things and I was willing to pay $3994. The most expensive warranty I have ever purchased and I have bought a lot of new and used cars. I opted to purchase this because the warranty was so good and was an 80,000 mile warranty. I sold my Jeep and got the odometer reading from the dealership that purchased my jeep. I took the odometer reading into the Chrysler Jeep and it was given to finance. I was also told there was a one 800 number that I could call for faster results to get a refund for my remaining unused extended warranty that I had purchased. I called the one 800 number and was told if I was to look at FinePrint or if I was aware that the $3994 platinum warranty actually went back to the 1st mile. Since I purchased the vehicle with 30,000 miles on it, I assumed it was the 1st mile I put on the vehicle up until 80,000 miles. I was told today that the 1st mile was retroactive back to when the first owner purchased the vehicle in 2019. I was told that my warranty is no longer valid and it was only good for 72 months and I would receive nothing back as reimbursement for the almost $4000 warranty that I purchased. I traded the vehicle with 60,000 miles and only put 30,000 miles on the vehicle. It was my understanding that I would be reimbursed for the remaining 20,000 miles that my platinum extended warranty should have covered. I am extremely upset And only owned this vehicle for a year and a half and had no idea that I paid $4000 for a warranty and it was already ran out. This seems like it is corrupt why would a warranty that cost $4000 go back to the 1st mile with the previous owner when they put 30,000 miles on the vehicle. Finance should have explained this and did not. I was going to purchase another Jeep in the future from this dealership, but this has soured my experience. It is dishonest, unethical, and other people need to be aware of the corruption that this dealership is doing. I am extremely upset and will more than likely be contacting BBB an attorney and possibly the news. This makes absolutely no sense to me and was never explained to me. There's no telling how many people they have done this too and like me had no idea that they no longer had a warranty and paid astronomical amount for a one and a half year warranty that was never even used. I would stay away from this dealership at all cost. We have purchased several new and used vehicles over the years and have always purchased extended warranties and whenever we would sell the vehicle, we would be reimbursed for the remaining part of the extended warranty. We have purchased many Nissan's Toyota Mazda Chevrolet over the years and I have never seen corruption like this before.

Fast forward to this month, as one gets their tax returns, we inquired to return to Kia and see what the numbers were now. We seemed out David once more and he intended to help us get my car of my dreams. It was a stressful week honestly trying to get my car but David and "Bubba" spoke with us about all our options and really went the extra mile to help us get the "2025 Kia Telluride". Got there and was told that actually everyone gets that code and that the actual numbers are different than what's on the flyer. My actual winnings? A $5 Walmart gift card that a guy pulled from a 3" stack. And I wasn't the only disappointed customer there. I'm not sure what their marketing dept is thinking. They're luring people there with the promise of a cash prize and then ending up with a bunch of angry people who never want to go there again. Dishonesty and scam advertisement is a terrible way to do business. Good luck Kia. You've lost any future sales from this unhappy customer.

    You should literally never, EVER purchase a car here. Especially if you're in desperate need of a…read morecar, because they will salivate. It's my fault that I didn't take my time with this, but these predators sold me a car with a backup camera that does not beep when you are getting close to something, and a lock system that does not sound the horn when I lock the car. Upon further inspection, I found a hole in the driver's side floorboard. My trunk opens even when the car is locked and I have to simply hope no stranger discovers it. They have smooth, fast talking people in there that signed me up for every unnecessary service that comes out of my car note so now I'm paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month with about $98 total going to my actual balance. This car is literally impossible to pay off, and I'm thinking about driving into their front window and doing a tuck roll out the car before it hits and leaving it there. Just kidding, of course. But, that's how frustrating it is knowing that they got me. Once again, my fault for not doing my due diligence. But I do want to warn anybody else who may see this as a viable option. Go anywhere but here. They have you ring a gong when your purchase is complete- that is the Gong of Death.

But there are lots of people that are good at their jobs. Danny is better than good, he's GREAT!! He listened. He addressed our questions, our concerns. He didn't make up things. If he knew the answer he provided the information. If he needed to research the question he did that. All the while, without pressure or push. And Ish Saddler, manager, work with us, creatively, to make the purchase less painful financially. Danny, worked to get our vehicle ready to go home in freezing conditions. Again, yes it's his job. However, many would have done the bare minimum to get the vehicle ready. He was thorough. Everything was cleaned, in place and just so well prepared for us. And done outside in literal freezing weather. Cleaning with water literally created ice. We came back after our first encounter with Hallmark because of Danny. ____________________________________________________________ 12/27/2025 First - I want be clear. We have not purchased here. BUT, on a rainy Saturday evening my husband and I drove into the parking lot just with the idea of wanting to sit in a Hyundai Santa Cruz. We were greeted by a VERY sincere and wonderful salesman, Danny Clay. There was NO pressure from Mr. Clay. Just a genuine interest in helping us get information AND going out of his way to arrange for us to touch, feel, drive and experience the vehicle. Now some would say, 'that's his job'. And indeed it is!. But the attitude and demeanor one presents while doing their job is what separates good from great. He went the extra mile knowing we were fact finding. We will refer others specifically to Mr. Clay and we urge you, if you decide to visit Hallmark Hyundai ask for Mr. Clay. You will not be disappointed.

Wish I'd just gone to the parts store and done it myself and saved $300. But they did give me a very nice itemized list of things they'd fix for more money.... Maybe I'll just try Cool Springs next time. This one was a DUD.
