He showed us all of the services he'd done. They even put new struts, shocks and tires. Beautiful detail. It's like a new car but cost no more than we would have paid for the same car at another place where a substandard car was bought from an auction with a quick detail. We'll own this car for years. They have a free one year complete warranty, which is unheard of with a used car like ours. Our neighbors have bought several cars. It's a business Todd built from the ground up. The shop is immaculate. They service cars as well. A great guy. Honest. Can't recommend this dealer enough. I thought there were only 8 Yelp reviews but a lot are hidden. It blows my mind how he is still in business. He had the wrong location listed on the Apple maps. When we showed up trying to find the location the very respectful lady on the phone already knew where we were... It added an additional 20 minutes to drive back the way we came to arrive during traffic. So a total of 40 minutes wasted. I was informed I needed to have the insurance company name and contact in order to rent a vehicle. Upon arrival Landon told me that was wrong. (4pm on a. Friday) He informs me my agent needs to send a document proving I have insurance... their office was closed. We get around the insurance part and I ask for a few bucks off for the time and gas for driving around the city since the address is wrong. He then proceeds to cuss me out and yell at me how I was something from nothing. That he pays a company to keep the addresses up to date. And as an owner of the business, it's not his fault it's wrong. And the proceeds to tel me to F off and get out. I'm glad I decided to book a van for a trip that ended with me having three cars carpool because Landon is a terrible excuse for a business owner. The girls there were nice and you could see how uncomfortable they were with Landon.

At purchase, I was told the vehicle inspection was clean with no issues being found. The first time I got on the highway after purchasing the vehcile, I found that it shook at highway speed. Took it to a local shop where I live for what I assumed was a simple aligment issue, as I drove in from out of town to purchase the vehicle. Instead, was told that the entire rear suspension was broken - ball joint boots were cracked, control arms were cracked and split, the rear shocks were broken and leaking fluid, and one of the rear wheels was bent. Totaling over $4,000 in repairs on a vehicle that I had just purchased with the assurance nothing was wrong with it. Word to the wise - take any carmax vehicle for your own independent inspection prior to purchasing.
