Unbelievable Disrespect and Horrible Customer Service - Avoid at All Costs!…read more After over 25+ years of loyal business, Navy Federal has shown me the coldest, most heartless betrayal in my time of need. I trusted them with financing five of my vehicles - including my 2018 Ram - and when that truck was stolen, I turned to them for a loan to replace it. What do they do in return? Make my life a living nightmare. I call to check on the status of my loan, only to be told that I need to provide the title for my wife's van purchased in September 2024. Why? Because apparently, that was a "condition" added to the loan agreement. So, I wasted an entire day getting her van inspected and jumping through every bureaucratic hoop necessary to release the title - only to be told that it'll take 3-4 weeks to get it in the mail from my state. The situation gets worse. With my truck stolen, rental coverage expired and having to pay day to day for that rental car out of pocket, I asked Navy Federal to release the loan, explaining my entire desperate situation. Their response? "No, we won't release the loan under those circumstances." After 25+ years, they refused to help me in my time of true need. At that point, I lost it. I made it clear and in the most abrasive ways expressed that I no longer needed Navy Federal explaining that I don't need Navy Federal, I had chose them. After two decades of loyalty, I am moving on. Thank you for not helping me, and GFY!

I had a TERRIBLE experience at Town/Country Ford in Madison, TN. Here's why:…read more1) They charged 3480.00 to install a 150.00 water pump on my 2017 Ford Escape! I was forced to go to a dealership because they had the tools to do the job, which my local car repair did not. 2) When I wanted to get a detailed summary of why the cost was so much, I could not get anyone to talk to me or call me back soon. They put me on hold, they sent me to voice mail, finally a store manager came on the line and got on to ME for being upset because their was only one man working the service line and I should just be more patient (he implied the patience I should have). It is hard to be patient when you've just been told your repair would be 3480.00 with NO understanding of why! 3) Anyone who is not in the know about car repairs at the dealership must be given a heads up about what they charge for labor: approx. 295.00/hour! This is common courtesy! 4) I was so upset the man who was running the service line (by himself) said they would give me something off. When I got there to pick up my car, the cashier knew nothing about this promise. Again, I was upset at the poor treatment. Also, I see a sign that says "a 3% charge for any debit or credit card used, 3.00 for every 100.00." Again, a hardship, since when does a company with big repair costs ask their customers to pay extra just to use a credit/debit card? I ended up getting a 10% discount, because I demanded they make good on what I was told. This was helpful for sure, but I wondered at why I had to be put through all the stress and high costs in order to get 10% off. If you come to this business, be ready for a huge bill and lots of stress.
