The first return it had been there for two weeks and had stated to have repaired the issue (starter). We are now at the second trip, and this is only after a month of having the truck back, so far currently has been there since Tuesday and it is now Saturday and i'm just now being told that no one there does mechanics for a Diesel vehicle?! At this point I have been told by the salesperson Mike "We do sell vehicles As-Is, so I suggest finding a mechanic that works on Diesel trucks", (This was not told to me at the time of purchase). In the meantime, living an hour away and being my only means of transportation I will now have no way to work losing income. I just believe this is what they do and then claim repossession when payments are unable to be made behind mechanical issues that become costly behind what seems to be "uncertified mechanics" they have working on vehicles, then all while still expecting continued payments to be made when it's clearly impossible. During both times I've called on a daily basis and visited the shop many times to inquire about receiving at least a loaner vehicle to maintain employment and getting my children to school but given the run around and told there was never a vehicle available to utilize until the truck was at least ready to pick up. I've explained that I clearly didn't know anyone who repaired Diesel trucks nor could any information of one be reciprocated. At this point I believe they are just ripping people off.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They need to be reported!

In 2019, I had a mountaineer from the car lot located on Gallatin Pike in Madison. I dealt with John for years and he allowed me several times to pick up vehicles with him and his employees at the auction to pay for a late payment. It is very heartbreaking that I am banned from all their locations due to a former employee who was being malicious and manipulated by shutting down the vehicle I just made my 7th payment for, on someone else's private property, they came and got it after weeks of sitting on someone else's private property and they are fabricating this story that they couldn't track the vehicle, they don't have the vehicle resulting in me being banned from their lot which none of this is my error. In 2021, my ex who I had an active order of protection at the time walked into their Nolensville Rd lot with his new girlfriend using my stolen debit card and stole $600 from my account placing a freeze of my funds and the closure of the account. I have receipts from the bank account stating Discount Motors took the $600, and they lied to the bank and tried to make it like I was present, I gave them permission, I broke up with the man and wanted my money back. No, I didn't give them, him, or anyone else permission to use my card, access my funds, I didn't have knowledge at the time, nor give my consent. The vehicle was not in my name and my police report should have been enough for them to refund me my stolen money. John, came on my review on Google being very unprofessional and cocky talking about a first payment in 2019. What does that have to do with a stolen debit card being used in his Nolensville Rd lot in 2021, nothing. I want my money.
