The whole process was smooth seamless and professional. Starting with the sales rep Dominic B who walked me through many different options and although I came into this with a different image of what I wanted in my head, he gave some great advice and together we decided on an option that I think is much better than my original vision! Jose and Ryan did a great job from demo of our existing shower insert through installation of our new Luxstone shower. They were very careful and did a great job of prepping the area to reduce dust as much as possible. We appreciate how conscientious they were about keeping the area safe and clean as a family member has health issues and that was a concern of ours. We had the shower installed in our second story master bathroom. They did a super job navigating a tricky narrow staircase to carry up all the materials. They were patient and figured out how to get the materials upstairs. We were scheduled for a two day installation and they completed the job in two days! read more

Was looking to update my bathroom and replace an old tub enclosure with a large shower enclosure. Got several quotes all around the same price except one much higher from another vendor who advertises heavily.
