We needed to update our shower. We secured several quotes before awarding the job to AVB. Their staff are very professional. We had a great experience working with their estimator, Kevin. It was matched by the courteous, careful, and skilled work of their remodeling team of Leo and Chris. They did an excellent job. As a 40-year engineer I was initially pleased with the materials used for the shower. I was glad to have an excellent duo to do just good work. They approached the job well equipped, courteous , and very experienced. I highly recommend American Vision Baths read more

American Vision Baths is a well known company with a reputation of quality products, great installations and customer satisfaction. It was for this reason that we chose American Vision Baths to do the installation of a walk-in shower at my elderly parents house. The process started with a visit from Travis. He inspected our existing bathroom and took a few measurements. We found Travis to be friendly and very professional as we discussed the options for installing the new shower. Travis did a fantastic job showing us the different materials, color and options for things; e.g. a bench seat vs a corner seat, doors or curtains, etc. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and did not make us feel like we were being pressured for a sale. We made the deposit and set things in motion. After the materials arrived, Raymond and Tony began the install. They were very polite and professional. They laid down protection for the floor and went over the plan for the install. As they progressed, they often checked back with us to explain what they were doing and to ensure things were being installed correctly and that meautements for things like the grab bars and seat were being installed at the right height. On the first day, they had already completed the demolition work, basic plumbing and wall boards. By the second day, they put in the shower pan, solid surface walls, trim and completed the install! Raymond and Tony, did an awesome job and answered all of our questions. They were very thorough and were kind and patient while they worked with my elderly parents. We are very satisfied with the walk in shower and highly recommend American Vision Baths. read more

Our new walk in tub is FABULOUS. From the sales team (Dominic) to the installers (Jose Silva, Chris, and Ralph) it was a great experience. No hidden cost, very professional, extremely clean and a joy to work with. We were very nervous about this project, but that was a waste of energy since everything went as smooth as we were told. I would highly recommend this team for your walk in tub installation. Plus, the tub itself is AWESOME! read more

We had a great experience working with American Vision Baths! I appreciated that we were given simple options to choose from for our new shower because it's quite overwhelming starting from scratch! Our new walk-in tub by Kohler has just been installed. Dominic was the representative who met with us beforehand to do a walk-through of our bathroom and to explain all the advantages of a walk-in tub as well as things to consider when making a decision. He encouraged us to come to the showroom so we could see a walk-in tub in person and actually sit in it to be sure we were comfortable. (Which we did) Jose Silva and Ralph G. were our installers and they were very friendly and accomodating. They were concerned about protecting our home and each night they cleaned up the work site so that anything that was left for the next day's work was secured and out of our way for the evening. They were very polite, on-time each of the three days of the install. They also did touch up painting where there were scratches and dings that couldn't be avoided considering the small space they were working with. read more

Make this your first and only stop for a tub-to-shower conversion! We sat through presentations from a few other companies, and were not impressed. Our American Vision Baths salesman (Dominic) was friendly, courteous, and low-pressure. He answered all of our questions. We visited the showroom in Tustin, and Dominic showed us exactly what our new shower would look like. He provided good recommendations for specific options we wanted. When it came to the time of our installation, we were confident all would go well, as Dominic had said several times "I am nothing without my installers." He was absolutely correct: our installers Jose and Chris were top-notch. They were polite, courteous, hard working, and answered the additional questions we had about the installation. They completed the job in the promised 2 days, and the shower looks very professionally finished. We used the shower for the first time today, and are totally amazed at how much it has transformed our bathroom. We highly recommend American Vision Baths for your tub-to-shower conversion. read more

We just had a new Kohler shower install completed. Dominick sold the product to us. He did a great job explaining the benefits of Kohler and what to expect on the install. We had lots of options to choose from and we felt no pressure to purchase from him. We chose a plain white and silver combination and plan to spruce up the room with wallpaper and new paint. Dominick was very nice to work with. The actual installation was done by Jose Silva and Chris Ramos. They were on time, clear in their explanations, and they worked with skill and efficiency. Everyone was very professional. We are very happy, so thanks to all of you. read more

I can't say enough about American Vision Baths. I do a lot of research before any major project and I am so glad I found them. First, Dominick was great to work with and he was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a great price for a great product. He didn't pressure me to make a quick decision (like other companies). Once I made my decision, the install was done in 2 days as promised, the guys were great, (but their cleanup wasn't the best). Jose even made sure there were studs behind the wall, so if I need grab bars in the future, it would be safe. Definitely quality work!! (Sorry my pics didn't download) But it looks great. June 24,2023. I decided to get my second bathroom done and of course Dominick was great and made it so simple. I was so happy to see Jose again to do the install. He did great work again. This time it was a tub shower combo and it turned out awesome. I appreciate Jose for asking me questions throughout to make sure everything was done the way I wanted. read more

In summary, I would highly recommend American Vision Baths for a Kohler Luxstone shower. The process was painless except for the wait for Kohler to ship the required materials. Travis, our sales rep, was straightforward and provided all the necessary information. The price quoted was comparable to other vendors with similar products. Randy kept us update with the status of the product from Kohler. This process took much longer than expected, presumably due to supply chain issues. Jose S. and Jessy B., our installers, were very professional, kept the work area tidy, and completed the project in two days as promised. The final product turned out great. read more

This is an update review about the replacement shower project. Tony and Reacher did 2 days work to replace my shower wall and shower pan with the correct Kohler products. The Kohler shower pan has better resistance and water drainage on the surface, it's worth the time to wait. American Vision Bath cares about customers satisfaction, thank Bill! read more

We just had a new shower install done and couldn't be happier. Dominic delivered on his promises, kept us informed along the way, and the install was completed in 2 days. Installers Jose Silva and Jose Avalos were amazing. They made every effort to keep the area as clean as possible considering they were doing demo on an old tile shower. They were on-time, worked well together, were polite and made every effort to keep from harming any area of the bathroom that they weren't working on. The shower install looks beautiful. My first shower this morning was a joy...no drainage issues, no slippery floor that requires a rubber mat and I won't have a million grout lines to clean. I highly recommend this company for your new shower. read more

An excellent experience! On the design working with Melissa Ruble was a pleasant experience. She knew her product well and very experienced is making suggestions with the design and hardware. Order was placed and installment set up as estimated which was about eight weeks after the order was placed. Scheduling was very smooth with a set installment date established. The installation team of Leo Garcia and Jose Silva was the best! They reflected excellent workmanship, kept the work area clean and organized and completed the work on time and as expected. They were very cooperative in adding batts within the framework and made sure all of hardware were installed where we wanted it to. Very courteous fellas along with great skills made the installation process smooth and seamless. Kudos to Leo and Jose!!! read more

Starting with our sales rep, Dominic, and finishing with our installers, Leo and Antonio, we could not have received better service. Dominic was zero pressure, worked through the possibilities with us, and was available for our calls, texts, and emails as we finalized our design. Leo and Antonio were a dynamic duo who masked off everything that could have been covered with dust, custom cut everything to fit perfectly, and cleaned up completely when they were done. After tearing out the old shower/tub they found some pipes in the way and figured out a way to handle that without any delay.
