In the meantime, our old fridge just coincidentally went out--with no place to store its contents. My customer was not happy because we had to show up late that day because of Ferguson associates! -this morning I go in and two people at the counter one is helping another customer and the other one not being attention saw me waiting never said a word until I ask the person if i can I get some help! I believe it was a store manager, her first word was the other guy helping the customer loading up the pipe and I said I understand! Meanwhile, she's standing there looking at me! At the end she was able to help me and I was on my way!!! that simple! Every time I come to this branch always an issue I don't know why the management change. It was getting much better!!! I was first referred to Preferred Builders by my tax preparer, Happily, my first repair/remodel turned out wonderfully so I immediately started a remodel on my own home. Scope of work: remove all the carpeting in the house and install laminate plank flooring in those areas. The travertine flooring in the entry, kitchen and hallway had large craters which collected dirt and water residue after washing. I had the floor steamed, the craters filled and the whole floor resealed. I had a gasline installed in the kitchen and a new gas oven installed. I also had a complete bathroom remodel which included removing a huge jacuzzi tub and installing an elegant and safe walk in shower. For the bathroom Nir listened to my concerns and needs and then gave me two 3-D renderings of my options. Elba was fabulous and fast with permits, a purchase list and provided weekly job schedules and updates. I have now completed this remodel and I can't be happier. My Preferred Builders team was pure gold! I highly recommend Nir, Elba and Orel, the Foreman.
