The person came within twenty five minutes . We were so glad to get our transport to the double tree in El Segundo. The price was very reasonable. The person who came to pick us up at the airport and in Monterey park , arrived 20 minutes early for us !!!! This is the dedication and sincerity I'm talking about . All the drivers were professional , kind and helpful with our luggage . And when I spoke with John for the initial concerns I had , John was so courteous and eager without being pushy about my concerns . The vehicles were very spacious too. They also give you free car seats to use - many other services may tell you that you don't need it . False ! It is the law here to use one , I did check with law enforcement.
