Today my service is shut off AGAIN. I called and only got a recording to leave messages. This is the most ridiculous "business" EVER!!! I'm thinking they won't be in business too long with this type of business practices. Might be best to use AT&T or TMobile wireless.

A friend of mine works at another Verizon and told me that the worker lied to me and that it doesn't matter which phone I get. Employees would retain a lot more customers if they were honest and didn't try to make their customers spend more money so they could profit more money off of us.
