I reached out to Best Tech RV through the Yelp app, based on the description of the service area and services performed. On a positive note, I received a reply very quickly, which I appreciate. On the negative side, the response said they no longer provide service in the area where we are staying. I don't know if he meant near the specific RV Park where we are staying, or Yuma in general. Since their Yelp listing shows a Yuma address, the reply was both confusing and frustrating. They could have provided an explanation, or better yet, perhaps referred is to someone else who could help us. Note that my 3-star rating is NOT based on the quality or timeliness of their service. I give them two stars for the quick reply and added one star because the owner reached out to me after I posted my review.
