It's hard to even know where to begin with this review. Maybe writing a review will actually get…read moresomething done? I cancelled my service with T-Mobile over 1 1/2 years ago. Long story short I paid a large amount to pay off the devices so they could be unlocked and was told after dealing with many associates and supervisors that my service and account was completely closed. Fast forward to present day. I have apparently been billed for $500+ dollars for something I cannot get a particular answer to. Also the bills are being sent to my in-laws in another state. That is why I didn't know about them. I have called 3x and visited this store now 3x. I have been told something different each time I go. I have been told a supervisor would call me back every time and that hasn't happened. I have proof that I paid the large amount (banks statements) but I cannot get though to anyone even at the store to resolve this. I considered going back to T-Mobile since we are military and they seem to have a great promo for military now. But since it seems as though they are out to screw me over this might just end up in small claims court and I will keep using at&t.

They charged a restocking fee that we were not told about when we got the device which we had less than 24 hours. The manager will not call me back. I have been told I need to contact tmobile customer service: they tell me it's a store issue and credited back everything else the store messed up. Would not recommend.
