I mentioned that to one of the workers and he told me I was wrong, and that I could only buy another iPhone. I walked out that day upset and empty handed. A friend of mine works at another Verizon and told me that the worker lied to me and that it doesn't matter which phone I get. With that information, I went and paid that $220 and pre ordered the new Z Fold 7 online. Employees would retain a lot more customers if they were honest and didn't try to make their customers spend more money so they could profit more money off of us. Today my service is shut off AGAIN. I called and only got a recording to leave messages. This is the most ridiculous "business" EVER!!!
