I bought it back knowing anything short of buying another phone they couldn't do anything about it. They did however, give me some pointers and directed me to a nearby "fix-it" store that might better suit my needs...a little something is better than nothing! I returned a few days later hoping they could change the SIM card from the broken phone to my older model, and they did it on the spot; (yes, I could've done it myself, but it's always been my impression that those "with a particular set of skills" can accomplish the feats better and faster than I can, so why not?). Great customer service. Still my favorite Verizon store.
