Verbally they were very helpful, but they failed on multiple occasion to repair my "super easy" car. I was lied to on multiple occasions that the car had been fixed and spent over $500 for it never to run. waste of my money and time. I finally gave up with them after the owner said there was nothing he could do because it runs for them but the conpany could not prove to me that it ran. read more

My experience was much like that others here who have left poor reviews on Google. Like Bill described, the young man who helped me, apparently the owner's son, was startlingly rude. (I am not the same customer btw). I went to Fast Eddies and bought a small drone yesterday. When I got home, I found the drone wouldn't charge. I brought it back to the store and explained the problem and asked for a refund. The young employee plugged in the drone and it wouldn't charge. He then replaced the battery and plugged it in again. The lights on the model lit up and he seemed to infer that meant it was working. It doesn't. The light on the charging cable lights when the battery is charging up. The model lit up simply because the replacement battery had some charge on it. I asked him if this wasn't the case and he agreed. He called his boss to ask about a refund. He told his boss nothing was wrong with the drone and that it worked just fine. He told me Eddie would be there in 10 minutes to talk to me. While we were waiting he again turned the model on, it lit up and he flew it briefly. I asked if the original battery that was in it and told me it was. I pointed out that the other battery was the one in the drone when I bought it. He seemed surprised and asked me how I knew that. I pointed out the marks on the adhesive where it had been fixed to the model, before he made the swap. He again seemed to imply it was working correctly because the drone lit up and flew. When Eddie, the owner arrived he did nothing to improve my impression of the store. He seemed entirely unconcerned with his employee's behavior and despite the abundant evidence that his store had sold me a defective product, seems oblivious to the inconvenience and bad impression he made. read more

I had taken my 3 old rc cars into fast eddies hoping he could get them started and new. He said it was no problem and that our cars were in good shape. They convinced us to buy a new controller and now it will not connect. They tell us to come pick up all of our things but fail to start the cars before giving them to us, and they tell us that they are ready, but once we come home nothing starts. The service is bad and me and my family are not happy. We have paid over $500 in order for nothing to start. If I could put 0 stars or even negative I would. Fast eddies is only fast enough to take your money. read more

I thought this place was great! I've been meaning to fix my RC truck because the steering didn't work. It's been a while so I didn't know where to start. The owner was there and was very friendly and explained everything to me. He got me the part and fixed it in about 15 minutes. I would come back here with no hesitation. I was going to give zero stars, but not an option. This is the third time in just trying to get my remote re programmed. Was told the last two times that the person that does the reprogramming would not be here till next Tuesday. Three Tuesday's in a row, still no one. Guy before me has had his RC car here for a month and no one could tell him when it would be ready. Customer service sucks here, will never come here again. Had my car that I bought here in for service 3 months ago and had to come get it after 2 weeks and they still hadn't done anything to it. Ended up taking it to El Centro and it was fixed same day. Walking past this business last week the store employee was yelling profanities at a gentlemen who was leaving. It appeared as if he was trying to provoke the man into a fight.
