I placed my order online and got a email to go pick it up. I called the store to verify and they said it would be ready for pick up in 5 minutes. When I got to the store the employees said that there was no order on file and the game I was looking for was sold out. For this one it was a larger store. So I was able to find a few nice beads. The only thing is they didn't have needle point cloth with patters so I had to order them from Amazon. Not only is the location more favorable (in the mall area) but I think it's also a new(er) store. Inside, it's more streamlined, the staff seems more happier and that "new store smell'' is always a plus. And a more expansive parking lot.
