I placed my order online and got a email to go pick it up. I called the store to verify and they said it would be ready for pick up in 5 minutes. When I got to the store the employees said that there was no order on file and the game I was looking for was sold out. I had to create an account for GameStop online in order for me to place the order. I'm highly disappointed since I always double check and expect easy and fair transactions. The manager is rude and feels we're all trying to steal something or play him out of money. Refused to return my GameStop credit back to my card because I didn't have the card. However I paid without it because I hadn't even received it. Still, he goes off on me and begins to tell me how I've called them before( not true, didn't even buy the game at this store.) and he already told me he can't make purchases with the card. I reply to him that I didn't buy it at this store and I recently applied. He didn't care. Currently on phone with customer service. Will update on what they say about the return. The other worker was nice.
