Joe and his staff were very helpful with my recent gun build. They were fast and gave great friendly customer service.

Located in the old Toys 'R' US building, they offer a wide assortment of weapons in size and color. Worth looking into! read more

This company is horrible. I will never buy from them ever again. I ordered a specific gun and what they sent wasn't what I ordered. They changed my order then when called out they stated I could send the gun back on my dime and get the correct one if I paid shipping. They claim the gun is new but was sent in the box it comes in. They sent it in a case that i could put all my hand guns in. They claimed the gun was new but Smith and Wesson doesn't sell a pre ceroktoke gun especially one that looks like a kid did it. My FFL had a hard time finding the serial number bec of this paint job. read more

Went in for a gun and had a great time with Albert and James. Showed us what we wanted and sometimes people sale you what they want. And bought a 1911 Colt 45. Was a present from me. And it was a great experience. read more

this place is bullshit. if you buy something here and want to return it - they do NOT refund your $$$...they KEEP IT and offer you "store credit." Eff this place. read more

In my opinion certain employees were discourteous, disrespectful and practically clueless. I tried to talk to one of the employees upon entry and they utterly ignored me...they turned their back on me in mid sentence and walked off. Another one just could not give me a straight answer despite my asking the same question repeatedly. I can't imagine any product or service this store offers that is not available at Sprague's Sports one block east with friendlier and better service. I've learned my lesson. read more

When my trans girlfriend and I went into the store we were worried but now having seen their LGBTQ+ Pride colors out in display, i was relieved. Firearms Unknown really supports everyone in the gay community and participates in pride month. Thanks. read more

do not buy your firearms from here! horrible customer service! ordered one gun and was sent a completely different gun and was gaslighted when we brought this to there attention, the only remedy they were willing to take would have costed me an additional 150 bucks and another 3 weeks. took them over a week to send out the firearm (which wasn't the one we ordered nor did it even resemble the gun we purchased) and that was after we called asking why it had not been shipped at that point. Horrible horrible group of people save your money and go somewhere more reputable! read more

Great people, good selection and one of the most pro 2A companies in the business. Also one of the most iconic storefronts there could be.

Amazing service from Brian helping me buy my new handgun they had a lot of options to choose from. read more

These guys are great! They're honest, knowledgeable, and patient (especially with some of us beginners). I've purchased several guns from Firearms Unknown, and the last purchase was delivered by Jim, who was very helpful and polite. Went here needing a mag for one of my glocks. Not only did they have it they had a great selection of guns and accessories. The staff were awesome. Knowledgeable and friendly. Ended up getting my mag some ammo and believe it or not some great hot sauce. If you are needing guns or anything for them I highly recommend checking this place out. read more

There demoing of the Mantis products was amazing. Definitely going to be getting some very soon!

Insanely over priced. Go to Sprague's. Way better prices. Or go to Cal Ranch. There ammo prices are the best I've found around here. Also don't sell your gun there they under pay you severely. Offered me 250 for a almost brand new M5 AR308. On the bright side, customer service is great. read more

Never been here but stopped by for the first time looking for proper information and specs on my rifle regardless after reading some of the negative reviews I decided I'd go in myself which I'm glad I did. I was met by Jason and received excellent customer service , very friendly and knowledgeable. Walked out feeling great about buying the accessories and Jason even installed the part for me to make sure everything fit properly. Highly recommend and they gained another customer for any of my needs in the future. read more

Chris and VJ are experts in assisting you in choosing the AR platform and it's' accessories. Great price on an AR 10 with a good build off the shelf. Upgraded the trigger, charger, and muzzle brake. Had everything I wanted without having to go crazy on the internet. Rifle came with a 20 round mag and a nice case. A plus is that they warranty their products for LIFE!! Awesome. read more

I bought a DB9 there and first day out shooting trigger pin was coming out, went back told them about it they wanted to send it out but charge me for shipping, they offer to buy it back and only wanted to give me like 100 bucks for it, manager said he was going to talk to his boss and see what he can do for me never heard back from him. read more

One of the best experiences I've ever had in a gun store hands down thanks to Matthew. This was my first time purchasing a suppressor and he had all the answers to every single question I could possibly have. Walked me through what I needed to do step by step and even helped my take my picture for the e-form. Will absolutely be coming here again. Their prices are slightly higher than online but the knowledge, customer service, and little to no wait times were fantastic. read more

Decent selection. Cool stickers and apparel. However, their staff isn't knowledgeable and they are ridiculous over priced and blame it on being a smaller store. The staff sold me a .300 Win Mag as a .300 PRC. The PRC ammo wouldn't load and Ruger told me it was a Win Mag when I gave them the serial number. After multiple calls and arguing (first nothing could be done, then they would buy it back from me at used price and sell me the right gun for the difference which is already $500 more expensive than Sportsman's or Spragues right next door is selling it for, to finally exchanging the gun), I got the right one and they blamed it on a previous employee who they fired. Would much rather go to Sprague's to support local small business and for the service, or Sportsman's for the price. read more
