This company is horrible. I will never buy from them ever again. I ordered a specific gun and what they sent wasn't what I ordered. They changed my order then when called out they stated I could send the gun back on my dime and get the correct one if I paid shipping. They claim the gun is new but was sent in the box it comes in. They sent it in a case that i could put all my hand guns in. They claimed the gun was new but Smith and Wesson doesn't sell a pre ceroktoke gun especially one that looks like a kid did it. My FFL had a hard time finding the serial number bec of this paint job. read more

do not buy your firearms from here! horrible customer service! ordered one gun and was sent a completely different gun and was gaslighted when we brought this to there attention, the only remedy they were willing to take would have costed me an additional 150 bucks and another 3 weeks. took them over a week to send out the firearm (which wasn't the one we ordered nor did it even resemble the gun we purchased) and that was after we called asking why it had not been shipped at that point. In my opinion certain employees were discourteous, disrespectful and practically clueless. I tried to talk to one of the employees upon entry and they utterly ignored me...they turned their back on me in mid sentence and walked off. Another one just could not give me a straight answer despite my asking the same question repeatedly. I can't imagine any product or service this store offers that is not available at Sprague's Sports one block east with friendlier and better service. I've learned my lesson. read more

Decent selection. Cool stickers and apparel. However, their staff isn't knowledgeable and they are ridiculous over priced and blame it on being a smaller store. The staff sold me a .300 Win Mag as a .300 PRC. The PRC ammo wouldn't load and Ruger told me it was a Win Mag when I gave them the serial number. After multiple calls and arguing (first nothing could be done, then they would buy it back from me at used price and sell me the right gun for the difference which is already $500 more expensive than Sportsman's or Spragues right next door is selling it for, to finally exchanging the gun), I got the right one and they blamed it on a previous employee who they fired. Would much rather go to Sprague's to support local small business and for the service, or Sportsman's for the price. read more
