Great for everyone! BUT, they are also a U-HAUL dealer, and what I really wanted to post on was my experience when I rented a tow dolly from them. For those of you who have rented from U-Haul, more often than not, the severe lack of friendliness and customer service when dealing with U-Haul is mind blowing. This was how I felt until I rented a tow dolly from C-A-L Ranch Store. The sales associate, named Michael, helped me with my dolly rental, and he was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process that I just had to write a review. He also advised me that C-A-L Ranch had LP, and he'd be happy to help me with filling my RV which I drove back a second time to do. It's more like 2 or 3 different stores rolled into one; they have clothes, guns and ammo and foodstuffs mostly catered to the farming/outdoor community but accessible to anyone, if that makes any sense. I found the staff very helpful and approachable and the price range very reasonable. I wouldn't put it pass me if I came back here for a return visit in the near future.

Their work is completed on time, zero defects, and they're responsible for what they do. You don't get the up-sell here. The service manager and I sat and talked almost an hour about trailer systems, having some problems with the electrical system: there are considerable gaps in my knowledge about these sort of systems (particularly solar!) and he took out time from his busy schedule to explain the systems so that I'd better understand them. He also took the time to help me explore the idea of expanding and improving that electrical system to meet our needs. I appreciate that very much. Thank you, Bob. I also like the fact that they clean up after themselves. We had some work done on another trailer by a company in Mesa -- and they left the trailer filled with the detritus of working in the trailer. I appreciate the fact that these people work in unbearable heat, day in and day out, and yet get the work done -- on schedule, at the quoted price, and no excuses when things don't go as planned. What does? Last of all, I appreciate their help and support: as a new trailer owner, I have had a lot of questions who the sales -- and service -- staff have been kind enough to answer (not only during business hours, yanno?). The service department staff is excellent, helpful, patient... and I don.'t think they get nearly the credit deserved. Unlike the Mesa trailer company, the staff of RV World has been working much longer at their jobs (in general) and at this company (in particular)... no revolving door staff, if you follow my meaning. One other thing has impressed me: our salesman, Andy, has always been available to answer questions.. and he's made a considerable effort to make certain we are safe with regard to not only our trailer, but the tow vehicle as well. I'm certain that I've been a nuisance with my questions (and the initial problems we had), but he's a very nice individual... one who said "I don't know" when he could have given me some plausible explanation which is little more than pure BRAVO SIERRA. Called up Norcold for what we had to do. which we had to have pictures etc. Then we called up Sam. She told us to do the same that Norcold told us to do. She then took it one step further she said to bring all photos and parts to her and she submitted it to Norcold. Norcold in turn paid Country Club RV and then they cut us a check. We bought a 2021 Grand Design 297 RSTS during the covid pandemic. We ordered the trailer July 29 and picked it up October 23. The Grand Design factory was behind at first because of covid and, surprisingly, because so many people are buying travel trailers because traveling is safe and fun for the family! We had many elective items added afterward so we spent many hours on many days working with everyone. I would have picked up on anyone not being top notch, but I never did. They were as great (shockingly) from our first look at their trailers to our driving off the lot. And, because of more add-ons my husband chose, we will be back. I would, without hesitation, recommend Country Club RV Sales and Service. We are just driving home with our new travel trailer/home-we are full-timers-and are happy campers!

Visited Walter's Camp on my first canoe camp trip on 3/13/25. I was pleased to see that it wasn't…read morebusy. Tabitha, the camp host helped me get set up and gave me the lay of the land. The general store has a few items, merchandise, and even a bar back that is used when the camp is in full swing after Memorial Day according to Tabitha. I chose a far site at the edge of the property underneath two tamarisk/salt cedar trees which was great for shade. I launched my canoe at the concrete boat ramp and paddled the old Colorado River channel right out in front of the camp which is not lacking in it's scenery of Cibola Natl Wildlife Refuge and the beautiful Trigo Mountains Wilderness viewable eastward. Nighttime is where things came alive! Dozens of braying burros, coyotes, and owls that would hoot up a storm in the trees above me. An a/c or refrigeration until by the general store ran in cycles all night and was about as annoying as someone running a generator. The facilities provided had showers and pit toilets, all in good condition. Taking a moment to stretch/yoga before the morning paddle in the communal hang out area in front of the general store was a great idea. I was greeted by an amazing SW sherbet sunrise over the calm waters of the inner channel of the Colorado, it was spectacular. I'm typically a dispersed camper, so some of my gripes about the noise you can probably take with a grain of salt. Would I stay the night again? Sure, but I'd prefer something a bit more isolated. Thank you Tabitha for all your advice on boating the river as a novice, appreciate what you do!

It is hit or miss as to whether you will find anything, and it is serve yourself. I have been buying shoes at Big 5 for several years, and only once did any salesperson offer assistance. I do not let it bother me. I am happy if I can go home with one or two pairs of shoes. Sometimes, I go home with nothing. The sneakers are rejects, as the left shoe will not exactly match the right shoe and vice versa. But the shoes are of good quality and a great bargain.

We were down there for 4th of July weekend, which I hear is one of THE busiest times to go. Not to…read moremention super. freakin'. hot. I don't believe you can rent boats or jet skis, but if you have your own, take them! There are a couple boat launches and slips you can rent, or else lot of boats were tied to the "beach". Our friends have a fishing boat so we took it out on the river and back into a couple lakes that weren't heavily trafficked by the jet skiers or wakeboarders scaring off all the fish. Caught a few fish, only one being big enough to keep and eat (a delicious bass!) There's a store that seems to have plenty of supplies of you've forgotten anything. The pool is an ok size. There's a game room with ping pong tables and maybe something else but I can't remember. I'm not sure of it was still hidden shores property, but there are lots of trails out in the desert for ATV action. The restaurant was understaffed for such a busy weekend and usually only open fri-sun. Saturday night was all you can eat taco bar for 6.95 and nothing spectacular, but worth 7 bucks. Monday morning was all you can eat pancakes for 3 bucks, also nothing spectacular but worth the 3 bucks for the 2 pancakes I could actually finish.

Last but not least the reason why we can sit on the beach in the sand and order drink or food because beach is a public land never to be sold or profiting from it. There is only 1 place in the Hamptons New York that was grandfathered in 1908 and still operating today on the beach and the resort owns that area of Beach. So they have no right to control the beach or who's on it!!!
