But in truth it seems like they closed the store about 6 months back to redo the inside to make it more modern, etc. Then they had a legit water leak and had to deal with that. The recently reopened store, I must say, is in better shape and has a better look. It now looks like a 'typical' BCF store, replete with more cashier stations and a more streamlined motif. I like it! The lines are still long but seem to move at a more comfortable clip, and staff and customer alike look to be more at ease, so I'm down with that. It's definitely worth a another look. If you ask to make sure it's just the rewards and not a card they are signing you up for, the employee will lie straight to your face. Employees are either very dishonest or completely incompetent. Very disappointed. The manager of the store is also unprofessional and doesn't take accountability for his poorly trained/dishonest staff and tries to put the blame on the customer. Make sure to read everything or just do it online yourself where the process is more straight forward.
