If you plan on doing curbside pickup make sure you go before 4pm because this location doesn't offer the service after that time.

Burlington...you guys came through!…read more For a minute I thought they were pulling a "fast one" aka closing the store down for a few months to save money for the company or something. But in truth it seems like they closed the store about 6 months back to redo the inside to make it more modern, etc. Then they had a legit water leak and had to deal with that. The recently reopened store, I must say, is in better shape and has a better look. It now looks like a 'typical' BCF store, replete with more cashier stations and a more streamlined motif. I like it! The lines are still long but seem to move at a more comfortable clip, and staff and customer alike look to be more at ease, so I'm down with that. It's definitely worth a another look. Highly consider it!

The tall lady with blonde & purple hair was RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. the hat shaper was turning on the steamer for us and said it would take about 45 minutes for it to heat up. no worries, we start walking around while he waits for the steamer. The blonde hair lady turns around and scolded him, asking "whose hat is that? is it a customers?" he replied with "yes, waiting for the steamer to turn on." she looked at him and said "we do not have time for hats, the floor is packed and we need everyone on board!" EXUCSE ME? the 5 customers in the store? just because she was flustered and doesn't know how to do her job and ring up one customer, doesn't mean the floor is packed. coming from another customer service provider, girl learn how to do your job. and don't be rude, it's a disgusting look on you. find another boot barn location to visit if she's working!

Be carful if you try to sign up for rewards/points program with this store. They will sign you up…read morefor a credit card aka Kohl's card and not just the rewards. If you ask to make sure it's just the rewards and not a card they are signing you up for, the employee will lie straight to your face. Employees are either very dishonest or completely incompetent. Very disappointed. The manager of the store is also unprofessional and doesn't take accountability for his poorly trained/dishonest staff and tries to put the blame on the customer. Make sure to read everything or just do it online yourself where the process is more straight forward.

I love shopping at Zumiez, i always find stuff i like there. back when they first opened the store…read moreit was awsome to shop at, people workin there were very friendly they would greet you and all that customer service stuff but lately i walk in there n all i get are very uncomfotable stares form the guys there and i need to wait for them to finish thier conversation before i can get any help. i really think its a great store because they have good stuff but they really suck at customer service.
