My son was recently the best man in my brother's wedding and could not make it to Yuma until the wedding day. My wife and I picked up his tuxedo to speed up the process. We notice that Al's closed at 12pm and were concerned the tux may not fit right, as my son is an irregular size. The owner said, "no problem, here is my cell phone and I will come back if you need". My son tried on the tux, and the fit wasn't right. She had received incomplete measurements on the order, through no fault of her own. She was absolutely fantastic. We called her and she came right in and was pleasant about it, too. She tried multiple jackets and pants on my son until we found two that fit perfectly. She was a pleasure to work with and went so far above her duty. We live in CA and won't likely be needing a tuxedo soon, but I want to express to those that will. This lady was exceptional and she will do everything she can to make things right. What more can you ask for?

The old owners retired and the store is…read morenow a "Company Store" asked about getting boots repaired and was told my boots would have to be sent to Red Wing to be repaired. If you have that done you get them back in a couple of months. Seems the people running the store now sent the shoe repair equipment back to Red Wing as they had no use of the equipment as they didn't know how to operate any of it. What you have in it's place is shinny walls and some folk trying to sell boots to working people. The couple that is there are young and don't have a clue. If you need shoe repair you have to go to El Centro or Mexico.

I asked the very nice Sales Associate where all the benches were. She said they were at the back of the store at clearance. I carried my 3 boxes from the front of the store to the back. There are 2 benches at the end of the clearance racks. One was being used so I took the second one. I got up to look in the mirror. There's only 2 of those also. I tried one and that was being used so I had to walk to the Men's section and use that one. When I returned to the bench I was using another customer had moved my own shoes and shoes I was trying on. I will say again this is a shoe store, there should be seating everywhere and mirrors everywhere. This is the first Skechers I have experienced with lack of both. It was a bit aggravating.

They said they were shipping the rest to another store and wouldn't carry them anymore. Whatever, no big deal, so I decided to buy the one pair for 50% off, except it came up full price and when I asked if it was supposed to be on clearance since it was in the clearance basket, the store associate just said "no." When I went home and checked online, lo and behold, the same exact pair was 50% off on their website. Go figure.
